倫敦橋 Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn London Bridge)

Horrendous. Listen to the clips attached! Let me start from the beginning, when we arrived, we arrived early for checkin which was fine, they took our bags and suits that were in suit carriers no problem. Akash was helpful to start. When we arrived back at 3pm, the suits were handed to us by a member of staff in which I do not know his name, they were handed to us like they were bags of dog ****. We were also informed that checkout would be 2pm. When we arrived to the apartment which we paid £500 for the night, it was not very clean, there was hairs in the shower bed, the windows were extremely dirty and there was skid marks in the toilet. Following on, we went out to our meetings, came home at earlyish hours of the morning and was woken this morning to a very rude phone call from the ‘supervisor’ Gabriela. Now, i have encountered **** holes, i have encountered alot of horrible difficult people but this little girl, Gabriela. She was up there with the worst. She tried to patronise myself and my friend, she constantly phoned us on multiple occasions and she came chapping the door with vengeance. When i answered i was told that we must leave now! “You must leave now!” “You have 5 minutes or im phoning the police” now, as a customer of the marriott for 5 years, i have stayed in various sheraton by marriott all over the world. I have stayed in the marriott as far as bangkok and the UAE. I will not be back to any marriott establishment, i am going to attach some recordings that i managed to take of our encounters with this little girl gabriella. Foul mouthed - insulting and patronising us. The unprofessionalism was ripping out of her. Going on, when i requested to speak to the manager i was told that he was ‘in a meeting’ and when i said i can wait in the lobby I was told to wait outside. There was no compromise, there was nothing polite or kind about the service we received. I would advise to stay clear of this place. One star is an over rating, if you are looking for somewhere for a friendly, clean stay - the residence inn by marriott at london tower is certainly not the place.

Everything is good, except the elevator that broken when we stayes there for 4 nights.

Nice stay

조식이 풍성하고 좋았어요 특히 크롸상이 크고 부드러워서 너무 맛있었어요. 타워브릿지까지는 걸어서 가도되고 바로 버스정류소에서 C10번을 타면 런던아이, 빅벤 국회의사당까지도 바로 갈수 있어 좋았어요. 가족여행이라 너무 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다

Property is NOT near London bridge. No concierge or convenience store as advertised. Nd no working elevator! We had to ask a desk clerk to walk us outside to the building next door to let us in, step over laundry so we could use the service elevator every time we wanted to get to our tarpons! Completely unacceptable! Not a $300 a night room!!

When I checked in, the staff requested us to move to another building which was not acceptable, as we wanted to stay with other friends at the same building. Our booking was confirmed more than 3 months ago, if the booking is full, they can just reject the booking but not transfer customers from one building to another. After negotiations with the staff, we can finally stay at the original building, but it took us 1 hour for checking in!

Mycket trevlig personal. De hjälpte med att ta emot en paket som en bud lämnade. Mycket bra utsikt över London. Mycket bra planlösningen i köket och kvaliteten på köksutrustning var också mycket bra. Rekommenderar hotellet!!!
