The hotel is lovely however it costs £10 a night to park. When I arrived they said that they had cancelled my booking and there wasn’t a room for me. They said they’d contacted trip.com but I’d received no details. After 30 minutes of stressful debate they gave me someone else’s room so I’m sure someone else had to go through the same stress.

Very happy with my stay at this hotel. I’d seen a few negative reviews prior to arrival but I must say it exceeded my expectations. Excellent location to where we needed to go, the staff were very helpful and friendly the room was excellent and spacious and would definitely return.

The smell there so bad, the hotel so dirty. The price do higher for the quality.

I had my wedding at this hotel and I booked for the biggest room because they didn’t have any bridal suite. So many people came and stayed for the wedding. And about 4 of them had bigger rooms than I have and they didn’t even pay for that big room. When I complained they said that they don’t have anything available. I should’ve been refunded as the room was not cleaned. They left dirty towels in the room. The hotel could be so much better. They need major improvement. The breakfast staff was pretty friendly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ESPECIALLY NOT FOR NO WEDDING. My wedding turned out beautifully due to the decor lady and all the other vendors.

Stayed for 1 night for business. The room was comfortable and clean, but the wider hotel was very tired. There were stains on the hall carpets etc. Staff were lovely and the receptionist didn't yell out my room number which is a bonus as a single female traveller.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Close to a handful of shops, though a little far from the underground. I enjoyed my stay - the room (Executive) was big and bed extremely comfortable. The hotel was just what I needed for my 2 nights stay.

The hotel was very clean, the staff are extremely helpful and the lady on reception called IPEK went out of her way to help with some questions we had. Very nice food and great breakfast, will be staying here again

Hotel is fine, we arrived back at 11.30pm and the bar was closed to residents. It was a Christmas event and we couldnt get a drink before going to bed.
