我曾經作為學生在 Calico House 住過幾年，但這次我前往倫敦生下我的雙胞胎。在我們住宿期間，工作人員非常照顧我們，像對待家人一樣對待我們。我無法對他們的善意和行為表示足夠的讚賞，他們讓我們的生活變得更加舒適和方便。特別感謝營運經理 Ina Klaus，她親自來到我們這裡，並在最短的時間內以最好的方式管理了一切。她的體貼和尊重讓我們的住宿更加舒適。我們收到了工作人員送給我們雙胞胎的一份溫馨的歡迎禮物。我還收到了一封來自 Cheval Three Quays & Cheval Calico House 總經理 Kate Fletcher 的可愛電子郵件，充滿了愛和善意。工作人員的友善，尤其是前台的穆罕默德、科拉、菲爾和埃德溫，是無與倫比的。他們用愛包圍著我們，感覺就像家人一樣。穆罕默德非常方便，幫我們組裝了雙胞胎的嬰兒車。客房服務團隊的伊麗莎白負責清潔服務，並且出色地管理了一切。整個團隊專業且樂於助人，盡最大努力讓客人感到舒適並享受住宿體驗。他們發自內心地服務，使他們非常特別和傑出。該區安全，公共交通十分便利。 Calico House 位於熱鬧的地區，鄰近超市、藥局、銀行、餐廳、咖啡廳和酒吧。公寓設施齊全，有家的感覺。唯一的缺點是平日會比較吵，B座的家具也很舊。我強烈推薦它。

Myself, my wife and my infant daughter stayed here for an year on a business trip from India, it was a fantastic stay amidst happening Central London. Lot of plus points for me - Connectivities, Pubs and Restaurants, Important sight seeings of London, Office proximity, facilities and amenities Cheval offered etc. Although multiple pointers to suggest friends/colleagues to stay here, best one I vouch for is their Staffs . They were truly compassionate to keep us warm welcomed for the whole year. They were all very sweet and provided every amenity that my baby daughter needed. My wife and daughter (just 4 months old when she came here) were totally new to London however they felt the stay here every bit as my homeland because of their kind staffs. Few names to mention from the staff team - Mohammed, Phil, Jolanda, Elizabeth were all so kind processed all my requests and even proactive amenities for my daughter as well. I am going straight to Cheval Calico House on my next trip to London. Very much suggesting this who seek for a family stay for any short to long term, I absolutely loved putting up there and written lot of good memories in my book this year ❤️

I had a remarkable time during my 6 year stay in Cheval Calico House. The location and rooms are superb but what truly made it an unforgettable experience was the exceptional staff. The concierge and housekeeping team coordinate well together and treat you as if you were their family. Whether it’s helping a food delivery truck park, tracking a small parcel, or helping fix your key fob at 4am, the concierge (inc. Mohamed, Kola, Edwin, Phil) always go above and beyond and help with any problem or query that comes up. The housekeeping team( Jolanta, Elizabeth and Rosa ) left everything spotless each week and routinely ensured all the appliances (like the Dishwasher) and amenities are working efficiently. Of course, everyone on the team was very welcoming and nice. There were some occasional maintenance issues but the management addressed quickly. They went the extra mile by relocating me to an even more luxurious room at Cheval Three Quays Residence while maintenance work was being carried out in my original flat. They are also very accepting of pets which is somewhat rare for a luxury residence.

I had an extended 6 month stay at Cheval Calico House while I was on a work assignment. While the location is amazing and super connected to multiple transit lines, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable, the best part of my stay was really the incredible staff. Each were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and really made me feel at home while I was there. Hoping I’ll have another chance for an extended stay too!

My partner and I stayed at Cheval Calico House for around six months in 2022 in a one bedroom apartment. We had a fantastic time and would love to return in the future! The staff are personable, friendly, and always happy to help with any issues that arise. In particular, Phil at the front desk and Yolanda from house keeping made our stay superb, really looking out for us and going the extra mile. If you're looking to experience life in the heart of London then the location is unbeatable, right next to St Paul's. It's convenient for working in the City as well as enjoying all that central London has to offer. Being located near the City also means that the area is pleasantly quiet at the weekends - though the rooms have good sound insultation to prevent noise from the outside being a nuisance. The rooms are well-equipped and furnished to a high standard. We found that any issues we had were resolved swiftly by reception and the maintenance/housekeeping teams. Overall, it's a great place to stay!

I lived here for 11 months while I was assigned to the UK, and the service by the team there (particularly Dale, Phil, Jolanta and Liz) was FANTASTIC. They helped me anytime I needed help, answered all of my questions, were friendly and really made me feel at home. If I get assigned to the UK again, I hope my company is able to arrange for me to live here again as I would happily stay there anytime. The only caveat I would say to anyone staying there - if you are in the B blocks, you will be directly across from the Watling pub and beside Juno Rooms, so can be noisy with windows open. Otherwise, the flats are great and as already mentioned, outstanding service from the team. Highly highly highly recommended.

Great location, well equipped with helpful staff. High quality fittings and comfortable bed in a clean and well cared for space. Decent toiletries and well lit bathroom. Would be happy to stay there again.

The penthouse apartment with rooftop terrace was amazing. Stunning views of St Pauls Cathedral and The Shard, walking distance to everywhere and the apartment had everything needed for our stay, it was spotless with modern clean décor, would definitely recommend staying here. Phil on reception was excellent and so friendly and helpful. 5* 10 out of 10.

Efficient, perfectly cleaned and well furnished apartment. The bed was very comfortable, great sleeps. Quiet and beautiful. Central and cosy location, great connection close to metro and train stations. Kind and very efficient staff, you feel they care about you .
