it was great location. near to everything- train subway restuarants theatre bars. room was very small though

Beaucoup de choses à dire … alors la localisation de l’hôtel est top, imbattable je pense , à proximité de beaucoup de choses , possibilités de faire les « lieux touristiques » à pied. La chambre était très propre. L’hôtel sent bon. Mais alors , qu’elle a été la surprise quand j’ai découvert être au -1 donc pas de fenêtres …si vous vous sentez facilement étouffé ou que vous êtes clostrophaube je vous le déconseille. Ma chambre été bien petite et il me semble que c’est un commentaire qui revient souvent. Ensuite point négatif , le système tout électronique pour la lumière et la Clim , 1 seule lumière qui contrôle TOUTE la chambre donc votre lumière des toilettes/salle de bain ne s’éteint jamais mise à part si vous éteignez la chambre entièrement et vu qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre et bien elle est tout le temps allumée … pas écologique du tout , ça me choque en 2024 que ce genre de chose existe encore. Sans parler que la Clim deconne et fais beaucoup trop de bruits , je me suis réveillé me une première fois car le chauffage s’est déclenché et a soufflé tout seule à 24 degrés et le lendemain réveillée par la Clim qui encore une fois s’est déclenché sans raison, je me suis réveillée tellement j’avais froid. Je tiens à dire une chose TRÈS IMPORTANTE je suis restée bloqué dans ma chambre d’hôtel pendant 2 heures (le système électronique de ma chambre a bloqué ma porte ) impossible de sortir , pas de réponses car réception ferme jusqu’à 15h , je suis resté à attendre que le téléphone décroche , j’ai loupé les rendez vous qui été prévu dans ce créneaux .. dégoûtée , comment dire au vu de la chambre la situation peut devenir très angoissante et dangereuse! aucunes contrepartie financière pour s’excuser RIEN DU TOUT. Même pas une bouteille d’eau offerte , le strict minimum en guise d’excuse mais non ça n’est pas paru évident pour les employés.. Ce n’est pas normal ! . Très très déçu. Apparement c’est la première fois que ça arrive mais ça m’étonnerai fort car ma porte et ma clés a beug bien 5 fois en deux jours … Le personnel pas forcément sympathique et professionnel.. beaucoup de choses à améliorer

The room and common spaces were filthy. There was gum stuck to the floor, the carpet was dirty and the bed linens were soiled. The room’s AC was so dusty it blew dust into the room when operated. I asked for the room to be cleansed multiple times over several days before it happened. Even then it was just straightened, not actually cleaned. To be fair, the staff were kind and I think they were trying to do their best, they just seemed overwhelmed by the problems at the hotel.

The location is fantastic for all of the West End. Easy walking distance to so many theatres, restaurants etc and the National Gallery etc. The hotel is clean comfortable and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The Manageress was particularly patient and helpful in finding me a room for early check-in which was just £10 extra. Altogether a great experience

Perfect location right in the middle of the action. Central between Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Just around the corner from Leicester Square underground station this hotel is perfect for sight seeing in London. We stay at Premier Inn all over the Country but this is the first time we have stayed at a Hub. So the room was really ‘compact’ but the bed was the usual mega comfy standard so no issues there. However, if you like a private bathroom the Hub may not be for you! The bathroom was basically a glass box with gaps in the glass door that left nothing to the imagination! The mirror positioned across from the bathroom door meant pretty much unless you stood looking out of the window you couldn’t avoid seeing into the shower room 🙈 There was not much ventilation and due to the openness of the bathroom the room was very stuffy and we would personally not like to stay more than one night. Overall, though, even though it’s very different from the usual spacious and comfortable rooms at a Premier Inn, you still can’t fault the sleep comfort and the location of this hotel - and I don’t want to put anyone off trying a Hub - but consider the bathroom before you book…

The worst experience, Put lighting in our room was broken we had to sleep with the light on all night as it would not switch off. We asked for help the lady on said their is nothing she can do I asked for another room she said no rooms available I asked for a manager she said their wasn’t was as it was too late. We paid over £200 for a room we couldn’t sleep in ruined our London trip

We stayed at The Hub Premiere inn for a 4 day trip to celebrate my husbands birthday. Perfect location, comfortable bed, great room, fantastic staff - would definitely recommend. Do have the breakfast £5 - worth double

It was so brilliant to be able to stay in the middle of Central London after going to the theatre just 5 minutes up the road. Everything about the room was great, but we were expecting to find the usual kettle etc, and so disappointed that there was none. We had to go down to the bar to get a cup so next time we will bring our own kettle

This hotel is only suitable for single occupancy. Business people who need a place to sleep for one night. The ‘double’ bed is small, there is room for 1 chair, no desk and storage is under the bed. The bathroom is the same size as the bedroom. On contacting Premier Inn we were told The Hub is a subsidiary. If you want to just spend a night and not relax this is the room for you. Very basic.
