Les plus: Localisation idéale pour visiter Londres, mais aussi pour y entrer si l’on atterrit à l’aéroport de Gatwick. Il y a plusieurs petites épiceries à proximité, très pratique! L’appartement était propre et les serviettes et draps ont été changés deux fois pendant notre séjour de 13 nuits. Le lit et la literie étaient très confortables. Le troisième jour, on nous a apporté plusieurs trucs intéressants pour le déjeuner (œufs, lait, jus d’orange, granola, pain tranché…) Le séchoir à cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et on est venu nous en apporter un autre dès le lendemain. Les lave-linge et sèche-linge au sous-sol ont été bien appréciés. Les moins: Il manque plusieurs articles de base pour cuisiner. Aucun couteau pour le pain, les autres couteaux très émoussés, pas d’ustensiles pour cuire les pâtes, un seul linge à vaisselle (minuscule et mince). Le four a l’air neuf, mais impossible de le faire fonctionner malgré le cahier d’instructions que nous avons longtemps étudié. À savoir: À l’arrivée, il faut avoir un téléphone avec une ligne locale pour rejoindre la personne qui nous donne le code d’accès pour obtenir la clé. La porte d’entrée ne donne pas directement sur la rue, mais plutôt sur le côté de l’édifice.

The only good thing about the apartment is location. The house keeping service is poor. Our check out experience was very poor. We were informed at 9.30 am that we need to check out at 10 am. We checked out at 10.10 am. The staff threatened us with police action at 10.05 am if the apartment is not vacated immediately. Seems the owners have forgotten they run a hospitality chain. Avoid

The property was located conveniently close to Farringdon Station, as well as several bus stops. There were grocery stores near as well, and plenty of sites for tourists as well. However, the first evening we returned to the apartment after a day out we found ants all over the place. I had to buy bug spray and take care if the problem myself as the apartment management didn't respond to calls or emails about it for 48 hours.

Excellent value for such a central location. Very easy check-in. Place had everything we needed for our stay and was very well cleaned. Couple of notes: (i) sheets / bedding was cleaned so intensely I had a skin reaction to it when sleeping in the bed. (ii) Cleaner banged on the door at 8AM on day of check out when check out was at 10AM. (iii) Street is noisy fairly early on. Other than that, very pleasant.

I had booked four apartments here. We were allocated apartment numbers 9, 10, 11 and 12. We chose apartment 10 as it was the nicest for the person staying the longest (x5 nights). Our other guests were only staying for two nights. Initially I was told that I could not have this room for the guest staying for 5 nights, as their computer system generated room allocations and it had allocated a different apartment. This was absolutely ridiculous. No future guest had specified that they wanted apartment 10 so there was absolutely no reason why it couldn't be used by us for our guest staying for 5 nights rather than a different room. The reception finally agreed and specifically told me "yes, don't worry it's all sorted now, your guest can stay in apartment 10 for the full 5 nights". Then the day after checking into that room and unpacking all her clothing and other items, our guest was asked to MOVE. Unbelievable. Despite being assured that everything was okay. They are liars. When we tried to call them back all that morning they were obviously screening our calls and would not pick up the phone. We have used this apartments before and had issues with them. This was their second chance. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are hopelessly organised and do not provide any kind of service. The apartments are fine within themselves (although we had to ring about the lights not working) so if you want to risk it go ahead but all the other poor reviews on this site are accurate and reflect the other issues we have had with this organisation the last time we used them.

The customer service support was terrible during the day. They provided no support at all and never meet my service request during my stay.
