We we arrived at the apartments we were initially given the wrong room and we were made to carry our bags up four flights of stairs then we were moved to the building next door. The front door was insecure and didn’t lock properly even over night. Everytime we used the bathroom in our room it made the room smell like egg which was really strong and over powering we presumed that this was the pipes as we were really low down. The room was not very clean, the bedding and towels had fluff and hairs on and there was dust and dirt around the room on the surfaces. The windows were single pane and not sturdy it didn’t scream security at all. The blinds were difficult to close and there was mould on the walls. The bathroom was a nice size but again could have done with a proper clean on the shower. The walls are very thin so if someone is moving around in the hall you can hear them speaking/walking. The location was really good close to Baker Street Station but the overall cleanliness and security of this accommodation lets it down for the price it costs- I would not return.

Absolutely terrible service from the hotel/ management team. I was due to check in Friday night. They say they are forthright about this 9pm rule but it does not say any where that if you arrive after 9pm you cannot access the hotel at all. We had a delayed flight so arrived slightly late. We got to the hotel at 9:10pm and could not access the hotel. No emergency contacts/ management staff. I find it to be an absolutely baffling rule, especially in central London on a Friday night. We called and called but could not get through so had to book another hotel that night. It begs the question what would happen if there was an emergency in the hotel with no staff/ contact number?? Honestly seems negligent. I have just rang the hotel to get a refund. Staff member was completely uninterested and lied constantly. He said there are no management to take my call but then asked me if I wanted to email the management about my complaint hahaha. These lot haven't got a clue how to run a hotel/ business. I would highly, highly, highly recommend going elsewhere.

Reservé para 5 noches dos habitaciones, una para mis hijas a la que no le encontrarías las 4 estrellas ni con GPS y otra para mi en la que no me atreví ni a pernoctar. Conforme vi el baño con pelos en el lavabo, papel higiénico en mal estado y restos de heces en la tapadera del inodoro me fui al supermercado más cercano (un Tesco a 200m para más señas) a comprar un limpiador/desinfectante para darle una pasada al baño. El colmo fue ya cuando fui a meterme en la cama: más pelos y manchas de origen desconocido en las sábanas. Más manchas en las cortinas que bien podrían ser de sangre. Las vistas, con un pájaro muerto junto a mi ventana al que le podías hacer las pruebas de Carbono 14. Las zonas comunes con la misma dejadez. Esa misma primera noche decidimos irnos a otro hotel y volver a la mañana siguiente a exponer las quejas porque de noche no hay personal que atienda a partir de las 22:00.Volvimos entonces y el encargado de turno te dice que te da una dirección de email para que expongas tus quejas pero que no sabe cuando te contestarán, normalmente en el mismo día. Vista la escena no quisimos hacer uso de las demás noches tampoco, una falta de salubridad de esta índole no invita a qued****, así que solicitamos contactar con el responsable de las instalaciones pero te dicen que no van a contactar con él para molestarle con la minucia de tu problema. Te hierve la sangre, pides la hoja de reclamaciones y te dicen que no tienen. Tu cabreo se convierte en incredulidad y ya le dices al encargado que esas hojas son OBLIGATORIAS POR LEY en cualquier país civilizado a lo que te constesta que como si quieres llamar a la policía. Fuera de tu país, te encuentras vendido, sin conocer tus derechos ni saber cómo proceder. Sólo queda exponer la queja a Booking, que te atiende amablemente pero que dice que no puede hacer nada por ti (esto en Amazon no pasa, ya te lo digo yo) y escribir esta reseña esperando que le sirva a alguien para que no le fastidien el viaje.

Fantastic little place to stay. Perfectly located for tube into central London. Quiet and clean - friendly staff who were really helpful. The room had a kitchenette and coffee machine which was a real bonus. So much cheaper than bigger hotels - I’d definitely use again on a short break to London. The location is nice - even coming back after 9pm the area was quiet.

Très chouette Appart hôtel bénéficiant d une excellente situation à quelques minutes à pied de madame Tussaud et de la station de métro Baker Street. Petit, service de nettoyage ok et pas de petit déjeuner ni autre restauration disponible. Mais on a adoré

I booked, on ***********, in that place and without a clear warning i get a message after i payed they wont be able to do check in after 21pm. I will loose one night of money and they are not service friendly to help. Never seen in the business, such client UNFRIENDLY.

We stayed in this hotel 4 nights. We got bed bugs and a really expensive poisoning fee as a souvenir when we came home from this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Besides, the walls of the room were like paper and all sounds could be heard through. you can't sleep here. The toilet also smelled really bad.

出差在這裡住了一晚。晚上9點到的，發現前台已經關門了，沒人接，也沒有什麼活動的信息。幸運的是，一位朋友也住在這裡，所以能夠與我分享緊急電話號碼。我不得不額外支付 100 英鎊的費用才能辦理入住手續，因為我“晚於入住時間到達”，儘管酒店從未與我分享過入住時間。該人花了一個多小時才到達，讓我進入我預訂並預付的房間。我訂了一間雙人房，但我住的房間是一間帶兩張單人床的雙床房。起初我對此感到失望，但事實證明這是積極的，因為其中一張床沒有清洗過，床上用品明顯很髒，床上有硬皮痕跡和毛髮。幸運的是，另一張床很乾淨，所以我搬到了那張床上。浴室很臭，整個酒店都有淡淡的下水道/污水味。儘管我的房間不知何故主要是一個有兩張床的廚房，但沒有水壺。如果可能的話，我會避開這個地方。
