Travelodge by Wyndham London Ontario

Location is good, near the mall and accessible to commute. Staff are helpful and courteous. Room is nice for the budget traveller. Will surely stay again.

Rooms are clean

I reserved my room based off the photos provided on ******* which looke decent. The room was small, and the only plug in the room was for the TV and lamp. The floor was filthy and there were stains on the towels and blankets. The room smelled like an ashtray and I felt very unsafe in the hallway. Had my reservation not been non-refundable, I would have left immediately. Wyndam - step it up.

The staff were nice, the place seemed cheap and available upon late notice, the bed seemed clean. Everything else was old, worn out, chipped, needed paint or replacing, the bathroom smelled of cigarettes, the parking was free but the lot is in bad condition. This building seems on its last legs. I felt safe as a guy travelling on my own but honestly couldn’t recommend this to solo women or families. In retrospect, I wish I paid $20-30 more for a significantly nicer room nearer the airport. Sorry to the staff, you’re probably doing your best with a worn out place.

Disgusting and dirty. Place smells like cigarettes and bed is full of hair.. even after I asked for a second room, it was still full of hair and I couldn’t sleep in there.. my room was non-refundable so I lost my money but I didn’t wanna get sick. I hated it there. DONT BOOK :(

A woman knocked on our door at 4:00am in the morning pleading to be let in while covering the peep hole in the door. We did not let her in. She banged on the door for a while before leaving. There was a beggar in the hallway by the ice machine asking us for money. We will not stay again, it was horrible.

Creo que no es justo que al reservar me cobraron una cantidad y no entre a canada y me cobraron toda la reservacion. Creo que no es justo puesto que no utilice las instalaciones y me cobraron doble, lo que ya habia pagado y no me lo descontaron del resto de la reservacion. De verdad apenas pude regresa a mi pais y mi casa y me cobraron el Hotel. Estoy viendo como reclamarlo
