Stinks … literally Had breakfast here. Food good, service good, decor good, but the place smells like an old commercial kitchen, I mean really bad. So untill they get the ventilation deep cleaned suggest you sit outside. Pity because otherwise nice place

Our dining experience at the Artist Residence restaurant was exceptional. Waitresses Lilly and Izabella provided impeccable service, adding warmth to our visit. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious beef sandwich. Tender, medium-rare beef was paired with horse raddish sauce served in foccaccia bread, and accompanied by crispy hand-cut fries. From the charming ambiance to the attentive waitstaff and the unforgettable flavors, this restaurant is a must-visit. Prepare to be delighted by the exquisite beef sandwich and impeccable service.

Went for brunch, it was so nice! My bf really enjoyed his french toast (he said one of the best). The egg royale was also nice. Love the ambiance too... Too bad they ran out of smooties (my bf had been here before and he mentioned that the smoothies was great) Would definitely come back!

Despite a promising room and hotel, the service was disappointing. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and the staff didn’t even wish him happy birthday. For my 50th birthday the hotel where we stayed wished me happy birthday, gave a card and helped us celebrate with a cake. In addition some of the staff were miserable and unfriendly. When will hotels realise that the people who work there are an essential component of the overall experience?

Went for dinner/drinks with friends - Luigi S was fab and the cocktails were great! We had the Romeo and Juliet on the happy hour menu and the life's a peach non alcoholic one which were both wonderful.

Well located, stylish and welcoming, The Artist Residence in Pimlico is 'full of smiles'. Exlectic style throughout. And really talented chef. Staff are exceptionally friendly and polite, but could do with a little more training in service details.

Ordered the land and steak. Sent the lamb back as cold. Replaced it, but the steak was meant to be rare, honestly I think the started cooking it in the early 80s & it was served on a board, seriously what's wrong with plates. Overpriced London crap

Die Frühstückserfahrung im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Sevice war schnell und das Essen sehr lecker. Auch Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Wir werden dort wieder gerne essen gehen!
