倫敦諾瑪德酒店(NoMad London)

Our stay at NoMad was a very memorable experience. Certain things are so rarely found that they have to be acknowledged and applauded. The overall ambiance and setting of the hotel is a beautiful, immersive experience. However beautiful, this would be of no meaning with poorly trained staff. The team made us feel like we were the only guests. Very often service can be shallow, overly formal and empty, however the staff provided a truly authentic relaxed, attentive service, a style which is incredibly difficult to achieve.

Everyone was so nice especially Tommy the concierge . He booked us into a wonderful restaurant and when I forgot my iPad in the room he quickly arranged to have it sent back to the states . Also we were upgraded to the most beautiful room !!!!! We could not believe how fortunate we were , huge windows facing the opera house , sitting room, dining room and upstairs bedroom, absolutely stunning!

My first NoMad experience was an exceptional one. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who provided a seemless check-in. I was informed that as an ******* VIP customer, I would receive a room upgrade and a free drinks voucher. My room was spacious, clean and remarkably quiet considering the prime location, just a short walk from Covent Garden tube station. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and a Beautiful property. Bar difficult to get in so make sure you book a spot, staff at the bar reception were not overly helpful. Overall very nice hotel.

Prime location in Covent, Garden, right across from the Royal Opera [landmark], just a few blocks from Soho, 10-15 minutes easy walk from Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, British museum, Chinatown. Victoria Coach Station is about a 15 minute taxi ride. In short, you cannot get a better location to stay downtown London. The Nomad restaurant is classy and posh and the food is great, the Nomad “library” is another classic evening meet and greet place. The heated floor (suite) is a plus, the closet had a good quality steamer, an umbrella and a hair iron (!!!) in addition to standard hair dryer which is amazing and very considerate. The concierge Sevice is always available and ready to help at all hours. Only con - skip the breakfast (nothing to talk about) and read carefully the “optional” Sevice tax (basically tip) they add to each day’s stay in the final invoice which can add up and not necessary at all.

Absolutely everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. First of all the STAFF ! I cannot say enough about how well we were treated by every single staff member at this hotel. The attention was genuine and not contrite in the least, housekeeping deserves a metal and restaurant/bar staff were on their game at every turn. I know this is a little thing, but if you ring the desk they bring you fresh complimentary water. I loved this small touch, you felt as if you were not being grossly overcharged by a small necessity of life. The drinks at Side Hustle are undoubtedly the best you'll have in London, the Mexican food blew us away, very well executed. Having coffee in the Library felt like such a luxury. The decor and design throughout the property was brilliantly curated. Attention to detail at this property was spot on. We cannot wait to return to London just to stay here once again, Thank-you for a magical week in London NoMad

We stayed there to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were friendly and very professional. The food options were so delicious and the ambiance was amazing. Highly recommended.

Stylish hotel with beautiful fittings and furnishings in a immaculately renovated heritage building. Intimate size hotel but has everything. Rooms are really generous and comfortable. Fabulous amenities. Their 3 Restaurants and dining spaces offer variety depending on the mood you are in. Above all - the staff go out of their way to ensure they can help you enjoy your stay. The furnishings and bedding is top level. Beautiful fabrics. Beautiful colour tones. You feel transported to a happy place. Can’t wait to go back.
