Our stay at this unique London hotel was, as always, an extraordinary experience. Located at the corner of Park Lane and Mount street in Mayfair the location is impeccable. The staff is welcoming and the ultra-private atrium where meals are served is unique. The suites are spacious and a great value for a 5 star London hotel. The concierge staff led by Emanuele is wonderful and the F&B under the new executive chef and manager is first-rate. A must stay for the discerning London visitor.

What an absolute treat this was! From the time we entered the reception, the concierge was amazing. The Grosvenor suites really do have that personal touch and they have thought of everything when it comes to service and the "small things". Beautifully designed, clean and well thought out with a contemporary feel. We had everything we could want in our room (the chocolates were delicious!), its fully equipped so if you want "home from home" then you have it but with the extra luxuries of course ;-) I don't think I would anywhere else now when traveling to London for leisure time. Thank you team!

I wish I could move into this hotel tomorrow. The location is perfect - within easy walking distance of London's most alluring restaurants and shopping, and next to Hyde Park which is stunningly beautiful. The rooms are very large - actually to call them "rooms" is an undersell, they're actually more like apartments. Perfect for (like us) a family group. Kitchen, dining area, large living room, everything you need to feel like you are really living in London rather than just visiting. The staff is amazing too - incredibly friendly and helpful. I think we've stayed 4 times and there's a good reason - it's absolutely perfect. Try it!!!

This week I partook in a party and I can say this has been my best party by far. We were people from all around the globe and we were all received with a level of excellence and hospitality that exceeded our expectations. Special mention to Fernando that gave us the most discrete and perfect service. Any time someone asks me for a recommendation for a private party I will 100% recommend this venue. The hotel and staff went above and beyond to create an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie, giving us unforgettable memories that we will cherish for years to come.

We just returned from a week staying at the Grosvenor House Suites in London and it was a truly first class experience. Our room was large (a suite) and beautiful and overlooked Hyde Park. The room had great amenities including a large refrigerator and washer/dryer unit. The hotel was very quiet - we never heard noise either inside or coming in from the outside. What we most enjoyed was the wonderful service. Stephanie at the front desk welcomed us warmly and was very helpful getting us oriented to the room and neighborhood. Lukas at the concierge desk helped us ship a box home. And Lena in the dining room served us a delightful lunch the day we arrived. We can't wait to return to this wonderful place.

The hotel is wonderful with a very responsive staff. The rooms are large but ours was cramped simply because they put in way too much furniture. I found myself bumping into things repeatedly. I was also put off by a surprise charge at checkout of an additional £50+ per night. It was explained as an optional service charge for the hotel staff. I’ve never seen anything like it in any hotel anywhere in the world. The front desk removed it but the whole experience left a terrible taste in my mouth about returning to this property.

We recently stayed for 8 nights in a 2 room suite and I will never stay any where else in London. We have had the privilege of staying at excellent hotels around the world and have never had a better experience in an urban hotel. The staff were 100% beyond expectations. Loubna is guest relations and the concierge staff helped me plan flowers and balloons for a birthday surprise and added in a decorated cake without my asking. We would come back at the end of the day to find a bottle of champagne, special cupcakes places on a moving model of the London Eye, a Henry the VIII cocktail mix set up and instructions after seeing the play Six (based on the six wives of Henry VIII). The concierge helped us get tickets so they knew our agenda. Any request was honored. Everyone was gracious. The food from the 24 hour room service menu was even good and delivered in a timely fashion. The rooms are large, well lit, high tech and equipped with a washer/drier, a full refrigerator and range/stove (which we did not use). The location is fabulous, across from the park and a short walk from several Michelin star restaurants. A special call out to Lucka from the concierge staff as well. Business or vacation, you cannot go wrong. While the price is expensive, for the space and service, it is a bargain.

This was my second time staying at the suites in 3 months. I was incredibly impressed by the service, the cleanliness, and the location of the hotel. The staff, who welcomed me back by name, were incredibly responsive, and engaging. They were always there to please. The rooms were awesome, and very clean. Top shelf amenities. In room refreshments were amazing. If you needed anything from reservations/taxi/explanations etc, they were always there to assist. Very central location, walking distance to many amazing areas. 1 hour from landing to hotel via Heathrow express. Planning next trip already. and will stay there. Jolanta was so helpful , and pleasant to deal with.

The service at Grosvenor House Suites was truly outstanding. The concierge staff assisted us both in advance of and during out stay. The reception staff accommodated special requests in a manner beyond what we might have expected. Restaurant service was excellent. Housekeeping beyond expectations. 5 star from beginning to end.
