Stolen headphones I left my head phones there. I called a few hours after checking out. No one had checked into the room. They said they couldn't find them even when I explained Apple is showing the headphones at the hotel. I didn't go anywhere else but my room. The headphones were stolen by employees at the hotel. There's no other explanation. I come to Denver. I'd stayed there before. I'll never stay there again.

First off, this is not to disparage the staff. They were awesome and helpful, but… The Toilet was not working properly and did not discharge the water when flushed. I reported the matter and the front desk to have Maintenance “Correct” the situation. The next day, the same thing happened with the toilet so they moved me to the adjacent room. The new room had mold throughout the shower and the door lock did not function. I had no Wi-Fi for three of the four nights that I stayed there. I was assured on the first night that they were working on it. On top of all of this, the hallway on the third floor as you exited the elevators smelled like a sewer substation.
