皇家棕櫚酒店(Royal Palms Hotel)

Royal Palms is our favorite "go to" place to stay in Anguilla. All amenities are provided, and the apartments are clean and well cared for. Mary and Tracy Busby are regularly on site and responsive to all questions and any issues that might arise, including assistance with car rentals. The pool area is gorgeous and well-maintained. Located close to Rendezvous and Meads Bays, the location of Royal Palms is ideal. THANK YOU, Mary and Tracy, for another wonderful stay!

Mary, Tracy and Dora were the best. They made us feel at home. Any questions or requests were quickly answered and we got good suggestions for restaurants and activities. Rendezvous Bay Beach was the closest and also our favorite. Kitchen had everything we needed and having laundry available was a huge plus. Very quiet neighborhood and only 6 units in the building. If we ever return to Anguilla we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place but we had a few issues with propane not working and owner got issues fixed. U really do need a car to move around but we loved we could walk to Rendezvous Bay.

The property is very clean and peaceful, I slept so well! Good mattress! Comfortable furniture and a wonderful deck with gorgeous view! Mary was very responsive, anything I requested we taken care of instantly. The pool is beautiful and meticulously maintained. There is a washer and dryer to use downstairs and I was supplied with Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Two minutes down the road to Rendezvous Bay Beach and the central location is perfect for going east or west in the evening for lots of dining options. The property is a bit older so the wear and tear that goes along is inevitable, and I would love some newer non stick pans. A strainer, a colander, some Tupperware. They are minor omissions, I will absolutely book again. I told a lot of people about this under the radar property, it is a great option for a 2 week stay or long term.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Loved to be able to use washer/dryer. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location near all the best beaches by car without the price you pay to be on the beach. Easy check in and out.

My friend and I stayed at this location from 11-15 Dec of 2021 during our visit to Anguilla. The owner and staff were very accommodating, polite, respectful and courteous. We had absolutely no issues with check in or checkout. The owner was even there to meet us during both phases. Btw, her name is Mary and she’s simply amazing! One of the best owners you’ll ever meet. The location was perfect as it provided a breath taking view of the ocean and the St. Martin coastline (from the 3rd floors). The rooms were squeaky clean, incredible spacious and allowed for a tranquillizing environment that we both enjoyed. The kitchen was equipped with more than we needed. There were coffee makers, cookware and utensils, dishes of all sorts to wine glasses. It definitely gave us that homey feel. The free washing machines were a thing of beauty. It allowed us to travel back with as little dirty clothes as possible. The free parking on site allowed for easy access to our vehicles from the villa. There were also a great deal of supermarkets and fantastic restaurants within a few Km of the villa as well. We’ll be back to Anguilla in the summer of 2022 and we’ll be booking with Mary and her staff again. If you’re ever planning on visiting Anguilla and need a place to stay that is clean, spacious, affordable and filled with care, this is definitely your spot. Can’t wait to be back and enjoy more of it next time.
