長灘機場萬怡酒店(Courtyard Long Beach Airport)

Everything was great but the wifi did not work the whole time we were there.

This hotel is just one mile from Long Beach airport. Free airport shuttle runs every 30 mins, starting from 5:30AM. The room is clean and modernity furnished. We just came from Palazzo in Vegas, so, this hotel room seems small but actually quite comfy for two.

Very clean and alot of place to eat in walking distance

Nos fue algo mal ya que No dorminos ya que en el buró y la base de la cama (cabeceras) y dentro de las sábanas lleno de hormigas y me la pase toda la noche matando hormigas para que mis hijos y mi esposa pudieran dormir. Reclamo en la mañana enseñándoles videos y me dijeron que me iban a devolver $50 dlls que le avisara a ******* para que me hicieran la devolución .

The room was nice and clean and bright. Walls are kind of thin, when renter next door left at 5 am, dragging baggage over threshold and door closing woke me up and about an hour later same thing, same room, woke me up again. Floor had a very wet spot and I left a note on spot for house keeping.

The lounge was about two minutes from closing and the two servers tried to turn us away, even though we only wanted a glass of wine. They did turn away the couple behind us. These servers weren’t about serving customers; they were about clocking out. It was pretty awful. There was no one else there; it would only have taken them a few minutes to be kind.

The only complaint that I have is I specially told them to make sure they clean my room since I was only there for two nights. I left for the entire day and when I got back the room hadn't been touched. I was pissed of course and when I reminded the front desk guy all he said was my bad!! So I just asked for clean towels at least. My suggestion is to make sure before you leave check in that your requests are on record.

I was very happy with our room. We were right next to the elevator but never heard any noise from it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and in good shape. We didn't have a car, so I was very happy with the stores and restaurants that were n walking distance. I would definitely stay there if I come to the Long Beach area again.

Good location, great shuttle. Our room was above the hotel bar and loud music/talking disrupted sleep. Most restless night of sleep for my whole family because of room location.
