Let me start off by praising the staff. Lovely people at both the front desk & breakfast service, but that's where it ends. This location was a huge let down. We picked this location bc we saw the pool and water slide and thought it'd be fun. Let's just say that for the price it cost for a weekend stay, we didn't expect Spirit Airlines clientele. Loud, rambunctious, dirty people. Kids loudly coughing all throughout the breakfast buffet and parents did not care. Teens running through the halls barefoot. Loud music heard in the hallways. Pure obnoxiousness. The water slide doesn't have enough water flowing to slide down. Every kid and adult got stuck, every single time. You're required to sign waivers and wear wrist bands to be in the tiny pool area. And you can't use a key card to get in, you must be let into the pool area by the front staff. The pool area was very unkempt. Drainage didn't drain so the surrounding walkways were pools of dirty standing water. Used bandaids and clumps of hair - all the bleach in the world wouldn't help here. The rooms are nice standard Marriott rooms, spacious & clean. But there must not be any insulation between floors bc every step taken above you can be heard. All night. All day. Every single step. If you have rambunctious kids in the room above like we did, you won't be sleeping at all. Again, the staff was helpful, went up there for noise complaint at 1am, and the next day kindly got us moved which was appreciated but would not return.

Stayed several days and no one gave us clean towels or took our trash away. Had to go down stairs to get them myself and other people were going through the same. Bagged my own dirty towels and left them in hallway to be picked up.

Nothing major. Hallways walls disfigured from maids/ service carts all over. Breakfast is not until 7, btw. Most working folk, traveling folk will be on their way by then. Lastly, there is no good way to get back to US 22, and Rt.100 north. Illegal uturns. A road that " almost" goes somewhere...

The receptionist was friendly and accommodating and gave me a quite and clean room with plenty of towels and I like the location near wine store, grocery store and gas station and breakfast is included limited selection but it is sufficient for me.

This hotel was extraordinarily-expensive for its class. It was over $200 per night and is in a poor location in terms of restaurants and points of interest. Nothing was in walking distance. At half the price, it would have been a good value. Our room was not cleaned nor our beds made during our visit. The hotel appears not to have a water softener, making bathing particularly-unsatisfying. The towels were co**** and non-fluffy — probably because of the hard water problem. The breakfast was good and quenched my appetite and interaction with the staff was pleasant. There were no issues with proper maintenance or cleanliness.

Hotel was clean and service was great. Only drawback was that we were here for two nights and housekeeping didn’t service room after first night. Pool area was nice and had a water slide which is great to keep kids entertained.

The property has a waterslide in the pool area. Breakfast was nice. Had mini waffles, egg quiche and breakfast sandwiches as well as cereal, oatmeal and assorted pastries, white and chocolate milk and yogurts. Tv had Netflix and amazon prime. The bed wasnt super comfortable but it was one night so it was ok. Staff was super nice. Would definitely stay again
