First off, the lobby was locked down when we arrived shortly after 11pm with a sign saying closed until 7am. I had to repeatedly call the phone number to wake someone up so I could check in (we had reservations). Further, the property did not hold up to the standards of most Studio 6 properties I've seen - we encountered MANY issues.
The A/C unit controls were broken and had to be placed on constant fan. The door's deadbolt lock was jammed and wouldn't lock. The hot/cold water in the bathroom was backwards, which I didn't figure out until my cold shower was almost done. The shower wasn't clean and had human hair in it. All the towels were so cheap and old it was like drying off with sandpaper - great for full body exfoliation! The mattress on the bed felt like a solid rock, and the pillows should have been replaced years ago - they were almost as flat as bubble wrap. The power outlet on one side of the bed didn't work.
The worst part of the property was realized at checkout. The man who checked us out was super friendly and accepted my reports of the issues. However, his response was to softly say "the owner is already aware, and I apologize." Don't waste your money, even if you find a deal!
