伊斯頓希爾頓Tru酒店(Tru by Hilton Easton)

Super staff here - very professional and kind. Not stingy (i.e. don't put paper plates away after breakfast so you can grab one for dinner if necessary). Sets the tone for a stay

I was there an entire week and they never cleaned the room or made the beds, just took the dirty towels and left fresh ones 1 time, Ran out of toilet paper, they ran out of trash bags. Had breakfast cleaned up by 8:50 when it’s supposed to be till 10:00 according to the sign. The people above us were very loud after 10:00 Pm, so we called twice and they never did anything about it and the girl at the front desk had a serious attitude.

This is our second time coming to Tru by Hilton in Easton. We booked a double queen with Ada roll in shower. We were given at first just a double queen. The staff was pretty rude when we went back down to let them know it wasn’t the right room. The first time we were here we used the same booking and got the correct room. But this time we were told it’s because we book by a third party. It had snowed the day we came and there was no access in the back for a wheelchair to get on to the sidewalk. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. Very quiet and the beds are very comfy!

Great little hotel for our family trip. Very large clean sitting area with entertainment including TVs, a pool table, board games and an outdoor fire pit. The staff was warm and friendly. We’ve found our new favorite spot to stay when visiting family in Easton.

Slow check in even though I had made on line reservations I was still given the 3rd degree of questioning where I had to reveal all my pii in the open for all within ear shot to here. The I was told the computers were slow, when the other front heard this she came over to help and looked at the screen and then selected a single key and the problem was resolved. The exterior electronic key reader didn’t work forcing us to rewalk to the lobby after parking close to our room I informed the desk of the issue and was told it happens all the time. Well maybe it should be fixed so guests don’t have to walk around the building twice. It was late we had been traveling all day already exhausted and tired gps will try to guide you in the parking entrance which is closed due to construction I almost pulled into before I realized it was closed. So I guess this place is 100 new so the facility is clean and pretty good shape and checkin were still showing up late we could hear them from our room off the lobby. It’s almost time for breakfast and I am sure it will be busy Saturday morning and aa million kids were Around last night arg I am feeling old and this place is family friendly I didn’t realize it when I was booking hope this helps you to decide. I complain but don’t feel like it would be effective as it probably happens all the time and like the rest of the hotels in the area this place will quickly wear out in a few years

The rooms are small/cramped and can be noisy because there is no carpeting in the rooms. If someone is walking in shoes above you, you hear everything. We had a couple of maintenance issues (e.g., no hot water) that were not addressed during our stay (we did let them know). Nothing was done to correct them.

I really loved this hotel, first time and I will definitely book again, the only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast it didn’t not meet my expectations at all.

It was ok for 1night. Disappointed with Hilton. Bare bones room. No closet no drawers to put anything, no coffee machine or ice bucket in room small desk with no pen or paper. Basically a bed and bathroom. Way to much money for that.

I love our room very clean and comfortable. The breakfast so delicious. I’m recommended this hotel
