日升酒店(Portside Inn & Suites)

我不推薦這個地方，它靠近高速公路和遊輪碼頭..總而言之，這不是一個維護良好的機構..那裡有更好的選擇..

我預訂了 Studio 6 San Pedro 作為巡航前的住宿。 非常失望的是入住條件很差（2晚）。除了靠近遊輪港口碼頭之外，他們不能被稱為工作室或汽車旅館/酒店

當我們房間的門鎖出現問題時，工作人員很樂於助人。幫我們換了房間併升級了房間，沒有額外費用。

When we first checked into our first room, the room was very musty, smelt like steel cigarettes, and the AC did not work, the TV did not work and there was no cord for the phone. So we went down on the elevator that takes forever, and seems like a death trap to switch rooms. Get switched to the room next-door. There is a cord for the phone however it doesn’t work the TV works and the AC works. The neighboring guests came home and was up partying until about 4 AM. The walls are super paper thin sounded like they were in our room. Our toilet started overflowing and the room above us on the third floor was HEAVILY LEAKING INTO OUR TUB at 3am. Staff extremely rude, entire building smells. Complete waste of money!

First room had bugs and the fridge was turned off and thawing out the freezer which had water all over the floor. Changed rooms and had a filthy experience as well. Clearly minimal cleaning done with dirt and hair on the floors. There were used tampon and pad trash in the bathroom metal box for tissues. The sink in bathroom poured water out the back of the spout if turned on. The toilet clogged and was not usable. Cords out on the floor. Water damaged walls. Smelled like a hamster cage. Overall place smelled like cigarettes and attempted air fresheners.

This place it’s the worse place I stayed in my life! We got in late, the first room they gave us had a strong mildew smell, had half painted over graffiti and the furniture was falling apart. The second was pretty much the same, minus the smell. It was midnight and we were tired from our six hour flight and decided to tough it out and stay. Look at the pictures to see the condition of the room. The place is falling apart, not sure why ******* would advertize such a place, aren't there any regulations for hotels?

Please stay away. The parking lot had homeless people living in their cars, hallways smelled like piss. The room we had had cigarette butts all over the windowsill, a hole the size of my head on the wall, blankets had cigarette burns, furniture was stained so bad that you couldn’t tell the original color. The smoke detector was broken and hanging off the wall. The room had graffiti on the door, walls, and mirror. One of the tags was in sharpie in the mirror and was dated July if 2021. We checked in and not even an hour later we left. I asked for a refund but was refused. The place is a total dump. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $50 and get a decent room.
