Mal trato en recepción soy mujer y con dos maletas tenían habitaciones en la parte de abajo y me dieron las de arriba tuve que raspar mis maletas pesadas con las escaleras no tienen ascensor se escucha todo y muchas patrullas buscando delincuentes que no te dejan dormir

The shower door ain’t work we had to put a towels to keep it closed. also on the website is looks like a fancy hotel but when you pull in its straight like a motel . two floors with stairs…. not worth the $$. your better off spending $100 more and getting a marriot.

This property looks 50 years old motels this is not a hotel, they over charge and wanted refund, manager say the day your are checking out we will give you your refund, today asked for refund clerk she say manger will be back in Tuesday. So many other problems in the room if I want to mention it take couple pages.

Had a terrible check in. I waited a while to check in so many people waiting for a person to come to front desk. After 1 hr 40 min when I was already talking to ******* in panic because I don’t know the area. I got check in and nigh**are began there was a family because it sounded like a lot of people room next door talking loud as hell yelling. Omg! I was going to change room next day but by the time I get in like who wants to move items from one room to another.

Property was not clean and fresh. First room had a tv that didn’t work. Huge red stain on the floor. Shower nasty. No elevator. Windows open to walkway so everyone could see in. Left after first night.

Pictures are definitely deceiving. Shower heads and door are covered in rust and it’s not a hotel, it’s a motel.
