荷里活萊恩酒店(Lexen Hotel - Hollywood)

There are only 16 spots to park and that’s double parked. Parking is in a tiny alley behind and you can’t see that from street. Had to call to figure out how to get to hotel parking. Door room didn’t lock. Staff didn’t know how to handle fire alarms going off. Someone burned something in the elevator trash can on 4th floor. Room very tiny. Would not stay here again.

Parking is very difficult. We missed the driveway three times because it wasn’t clear that it was an alley parking. In addition to the alley parking, it was tandem parking and very difficult to get out of.

I will not stay here again. It is the equivalent of a Motel 6, but the price of a Marriott. The have one area with vending machines, but nothing in them, no ice, and the room is so dark.

Upon arrival, the air conditioner was on full blast and the windows were all open as they tried to air out the smell of mist and mold. I talked to the attendant at the front desk and asked for another room since I suffer from severe allergies and she was kind enough the switch us without hesitation and even gave us a bigger room. Unfortunately the smell in this room was just as bad. There was mold in the corners in the bathroom. The air quality in the hotel room is so bad, I am concerned for the well being of individuals staying. I stayed one night and would never ever sleep in that room ever again.

The front desk worker had my checkin day incorrect and didn’t let me checkin so I had to book another hotel and the next day the manager acknowledged the mistake but still wouldn’t refund my payment. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL!

First I got charged for my stay that I already paid for ahead of time ($571). Second, parking is horrible and compact. If you double park you have to leave your keys at the front (no thanks). My girlfriend is handicapped so we parked in the one handicap spot to avoid double parking and leaving our keys and the front desk guy asked us to move the car to save it for an older couple staying there. Excuse me what? If I have a handicap placard you can’t ask me to move. Just because she isn’t immobile is unacceptable. This whole Stay wasn’t great for the price at all. I won’t be staying there again.

The hotel itself was nice. But check in and check out were annoying... no one sits at the front desk so anytime you need someone's help, you have to make a bunch of noise to get them to come out from wherever it is they are hiding. When we arrived, we were running late for a concert (I am aware that is my fault); however, they made us even more late because we had to look for the front desk person. Same thing when we checked out, we had to call out for help and it took them a bit before anyone showed up... enough time for us to find the hotel keys and hide them on their front desk! Other than that, it's a nice room, so as long as you're not in a hurry to check in or check out, you're fine.
