Fue mi primer experiencia en hoteles Riu. La verdad tengo que decir que fue muy buena, la comida excelente y con bastante variedad, los bares también con muy buena variedad de bebidas, el personal siempre fue amable y atento. No queda más que decir que si recomiendo este lugar si buscas una experiencia todo incluido

Beautiful views, upgrade to the ocean view you will not be disappointed. Great food with a lot of options. I promise you will find something you like. Staff is friendly. Rooms a little dated but clean. We had clean towels and room daily. Only thing lacking is evening entertainment.

The app doesn't work very well. Needed a blanket, had to ask 2 housekeepers, put it on the app, no response for 8 hours, asked the front desk, he Said 5 minutes. Came back to the room 3 hours later and still no blanket. Put it on the app again, got 3 around 11pm after I was asleep. Place was very clean and the buffet has a great selection.

Best customer service, the food was amazing and we didn’t have to wait to get our drinks. I would give them 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having stayed at this property 4 times, this was by far the most disappointing experience when it came to food. The buffet was sp**** and lacking in quality to the previous times (as recent as last year). Definitely corners are being cut, and the bigggest cuts are in the food. A la cartes were as expected. Nothing fancy, but at least consistent to what we were expecting. Nice to have a heated pool this time of year. Wait staff and everyone we encountered were v nice and hard working. Get the buffet up to par, Riu!!! We remember the fantastic lunch and dinner buffets. What’s happening now is extremely disappointing and a clear sign that the resort is cutting back on quality and availability of buffet options

We really enjoyed the Riu Palace. The level of cleanliness and service were very high. The food choices were excellent. Drink choices were great with a wide variety. Our room overlooked the neighbor property (Riu Sante Fe) which was a bit loud, but it was quiet after the pool bars closed and we had a sunset view from our room- good tradeoff for us. We also enjoyed the Riu Parties held at the Sante Fe property (even though we were not the target demographic!) If you are an ocean person and want to be swimming in the ocean, this is NOT the property for you. There is very little ocean swimming in the region due to dangerous rip tides. You can, however, enjoy being on the beach to sunbathe!

Love RIU- every time we have traveled, RIU is where we stay. Staff are amazing, they sre there to help without being pushy. Definitely going back.

Second time we have stayed at this slice of heaven and we’llbe back! So nice to have a winter break and enjoy the beach and sun! If you are thinking of going Do it you won’t be sorry! Property is stunningly beautiful! Oceanfront rooms are the best!!
