The view from the property is the first thing that grabs your attention and it’s an overwhelming beautiful sight of crashing waves and rocks. The open air lobby has a constant breeze that adds to the vibe. Yet the structure is mostly painted black concrete and the furniture is dark and heavy.
On our trip we were looking forward to mulch peace and quiet but five floors of the property were going through plumbing repairs and the drilling noise was insane!
Overall, the cost of food at the restaurants were highly overpriced for the quantity, quality and service given. We had previously stayed at other resorts in cabo like one and only Palmilla, Grand Velas, and they were better value.
Not sure if we would return since there is ample resort choices available to experience. I would say The Cape was neither outstanding nor terrible.
