路易斯維爾北部TownePlace套房酒店(TownePlace Suites Louisville North)

This was our first time staying and we weren’t disappointed! A last minute reservation that turned into a restful and comfortable weekend. Suite was spacious and amenities were plentiful. Location is perfect! We love utilizing Big 4 Station and the variety of shops and restaurants on the riverfront! Staff was super friendly and accommodating! This will turn into our go-to location when we come to visit!

The hotel itself is in good shape. Room was a little odd in layout. But the main problem I had was with the key. Could not get in my room shortly after check-in and had to get help, who kept asking me if someone was in my room. After they got me in the key worked the rest of their night, but failed again in the morning. Took almost an hour for the staff person to figure it out, and clearly it seemed more like I was inconveniencing her rather than the other way around being trapped out of my room and on a time crunch. The pool was warm, which was nice, and the hot tub was hot. But some inconsiderate guests made that a bad experience too. So while the hotel was clean it had many other issues.

Main attendent was very nice and helpful. Rooms very clean, and quiet. Small kitchen was a plus. The area of town is mixed... some nice shops, but directly across the street was nothing to look at and some places didn't feel super safe. That said, I had no issues.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. It was a last minute choice for a business trip and I decided to make it a mini family vacation. My family loved the pool and other amenities. We loved that there was an actual kitchen so that we could make dinner in the room and not have to eat out all week long. I would absolutely stay here again or at any other TownPlace Suites by Marriott if they are all this good. It was so good, we extended our stay 2 more days.

One of the worst hotel stays I have had. It literally took pounding on the lobby door for someone to let us in right around midnight. We had booked two queen beds and ended up with only one queen bed in a bedroom (supposedly and upgrade). I had to sleep on a pullout and other family member got the bed. Horrible after driving 5 hours. The room was so humid because the climate control also did not work. One of the absolute worst hotel experiences. Never stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was awesome, the place was clean all around, the gym was a good size with nice options - it was overall a great stay!

Great location that is close to Louisville and the walking bridge. Clean hotel. Will definitely stay again. Only complaint was that the waffle mix for the breakfast was sour/spoiled. Everything else was great!

Place almost looks brand new. Room was excellent and all I needed. Breakfast in the morning was good. Great location to Big 4 Bridge and other bars and restaurants downtown Jeff.
