房間寬敞，乾濕分離

I enjoy a lot while stay at Spring hill suits, all staff are too good, service excellent , clean room clean hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Found the two hotels under one roof and parking rather confusing. We would stay there again

Everything about the service and room was great. The bathroom door lock was broken, but no big deal. The only thing that was lacking was the breakfast. The only “hot” food was eggs that were chewy and cold. The oranges were all mushy and the variety of other food was lacking. But overall a nice place to stay.

It was not as nice as the website made it appear to be. Neither barhroom sink would drain - the smaller one overflowed before I could finish washing my hands. The toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to lift the lid off the back to manually flush after each use.

I called down to the front desk after getting to my room. I noticed the water wasn't draining in the main sink. No maintenance was available to help. The 2nd sink was also draining slow but was better. The trash in the parking garage was out of control.

Hotel was as expected. Staff were great. I was frustrated with the parking situation (no access to elevators and no disclosure of that fact), and staff found a solution for me.

We LOVED Ashley at the front desk!!! She ROCKed the front desk as one of the best ever!! The main manager was sweet too with accommodating some white wine and taking time for me when there was a full lobby of people. The security officer to take time to walk across street when I would have been scared of the area. Going back to Ashley… she went above and beyond for my friend getting her a room close to us and understanding so nicely when we had an ******* problem that was so nice. Super sweet!!

Great location. Very clean. Hotel staff was helpful and nice. I loved being able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Will stay again!

Breakfast was ok. Air/heating did not work properly. They would take the used towels, but not replace.

Be ready to pay $19 per night if you want to park at the hotel. Our fan on our heat/ac unit blew constantly. I e-mailed a service request, no one came. No maid service on our 2 night stay. We had no hand towels in the room, we left a note to have some delivered, since no one came, we never got any. If you want quiet, not the place…sirens all night long. Breakfast was very nice. All the other amenities in our room were fine.

Great location off major highway. Connected to Fairfield Suites. Walkable to dining and tourist attractions. Liquor store, gas station, and food options close to hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Free warm breakfast was decent, but would be nice if more options were available. Only 2 elevators available which is fine, IF not busy. Snacks available in lobby. Parking on site for $20/ngt. Overall good experience!
