We have stayed here before to go to 4th street live. It is walking distance so that makes it super convenient. We love the rooftop bar! The food is great and its a fancy atmosphere with fire light and glowing furniture. The food is really good there as well. This particular trip however, we were going to see Willey Nelson on a Thursday and the rooftop bar (outside area) was not open and we were very disappointed, but our fault for not checking first. The breakfast was good and the two girls that worked the breakfast area were bad asses. They were super busy when we went there and were running around like crazy to make sure everyone was happy. Great work to them.

Very clean and hospitable, need to place enough towels when guests per room are more than three. But other than that 5 stars.

Kat at the check in was very welcoming and friendly. She greeted us with a smile which is what all should expect at check in. We knew we were going to have a great stay. The restaurant and the bar on the 8th floor was a great space to hang out with family. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Very disappointing. Not worth the price. As we were walking in from the garage, a huge rat crossed our path. Not a very good first impression. The homelessness is out of control and were allowed to hang out in the lobby. My husband was nearly mugged on the way to the CVS. Housekeeping staff were loud and did not service our room once during our stay. Needed to ask for towels, toilet paper, and soap. No working coffee machine in the lobby. Receptionist didn’t want to get off her ass to assist. Breakfast ******. Burnt bacon, frozen waffles were served and undercooked eggs and then had the nerve to charge $20 for something I could have made better at home. One waitress to cover a lot of people. Naturally she forgot about us. Couldn’t go anywhere bc everything is boarded up & run by the homeless who were all high & dangerous. Never again.

Very nice place to stay. We were in town for concert at the Louisville Palace which was a very short walk from our room. Highly recommend this location.

We stayed only one night but the hotel was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable. The staff were all great! Will stay again.

The girl working Saturday night was amazing, rooms were clean. Very convenient location to walk to merchants

We have stayed at this location a couple of times and have had wonderful experiences each time. Excellent location for walking to eateries, clubs, and venues. The cost for a room is comparable. This last experience was less than desirable. We waited in line for over 40 minutes to check in. There was only one desk attendant as the other one was helping the short-staffed cleaning crew. After the extensive wait, we were told our room wasn’t ready-mind you this was two and a half hours after advertised check in time. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a key. Upon arriving to our room, we found there was no hand soap in the bathroom. I walked out into the hallway and asked a gentleman who was watching videos on his phone instead of helping the two young cleaning ladies for some soap. He and one of the gals searched two cleaning carts as well as the supply room for a bar of soap only to not find a single bar. This was a less than desirable experience.

We arrived at the property and our reservation thru ******* was no where to be found. Luckily they were able to still accommodate us. We get to the room and it smelled like campfire. Even with the crappy ac unit the smell never cleared out. I left the next morning with a sore throat and mild cough. However, the rooftop bar and bartenders were delightful

The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived. The shower door was broken. We asked for more coffee and never recieved it.

The room was nice. Comfortable bed and the downtown location was great.

It was the perfect location. I only stayed 1 night to attend an event at the Mercury Ballroom, which was right next door. I also have Gold status with Hilton Hotels, so I try to choose that brand for my stays when I can.

The heat/ac unit in our room had no power. No air flow in the room. The toilet seat was loose and you could slide off if not careful. Simple things like this would be easily fixed if someone took the time to walk thru the rooms.
