"I called them to confirm my booking as my ferry crossing was delayed. I was told there was no booking made for me and they had no spare rooms so she couldn’t help me then hun g up.Completely unsatisfactory and I want a full refund from you. Useless accomodation app and useless motel management. Made for a hugely stressful night for me. Absolute rubbish experience all round!"

"A very, very good accommodation experience, first-class environment, really New Zealand. We had a small episode on the day of accommodation. Because of the cruise ship, we could not arrive until midnight. We could only contact the hotel to help arrange the room. When we arrived, the lights in the room were on, so we found our room at a glance, and the air conditioner in the room was turned on in advance. It was really thoughtful and touching. I decided that I would stay here whenever I go to Wellington in the future, and I would not choose any other place."
