哈里斯堡機場赫塞南舒適酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites - Harrisburg Airport - Hershey South)

This place was truly awful. It was a mess, the staff is behind a full glass wall with security officers at the front and seated in chairs in the middle of the halls. No one was at the desk in the morning. Waited 20 minutes and had to leave. Never saw anyone. The entire place smelled like cigarettes and pot. The room cost almost $200 and the sheets were a dirty white color. Pretty sure there was blood on the carpet. I can tell the place is also used to offer resources to people in the community as there were two case managers seated at a desk in the lobby at all times but this needs to be shared when booking a room. It is not right.

Comfort Inn gave up our rooms. They gave us rooms that were occupied and disturbed the other families. Are that disaster the rooms they finally gave us the toilet was broken and when we complained to management they didnt fix it. The other room had stains on the bed sheets that looked like blood.

Only stayed one night. Clean room. Quiet area. Free parking. Several good options for restaurants. Spacious room - but it had a non-working tub in the corner. The space could better be used for a couch or small table. Breakfast was ok. The 24 hour coffee/cappuccino machine was great.

Property gets 4 stars because of the service. Very accommodating and responsive. Allowed for early check in and late check out. Needed to request daily cleaning, which was exceptional. Would have gotten 5– very outdated tv/entertainment. Could not access any on demand cable, Had to request a newer version of the remote. No option to access Netflix or any streaming.

Our stay on Wednesday the 9th was just horrabile. The hotel was filled with kids and they had no regard for any of the other cusomers staying at the hotel. They were very noisy jumping on the beds and it was had to sleep. I would suggest that they be put on the first floor and the rest of us put on the other floors.

Room was ready on time. Personnel pleasant and knowledgeable. Very clean and spacious. Driver took us promptly to airport at 4:00 a.m. and provided fruit for us to carry in place of breakfast. The only disappointing thing was that there were no restaurants in easy walking sistance since we didn't have a car. I would definitely consider Harrisburg Airport and this hotel again.
