Overall the whole experience was a bit overwhelming the check-in process was horrible the front desk clerk was not very customer service friendly the whole getting the deposit back process is redundant housekeeping is not very nice overall I feel the whole hotel needs a refresh your course on fast-friendly customer service. I personally will not be staying here anymore I'd advise you to do the same.

We were given our room when we checked in, but when we went up to it, there was a stain I believe to be blood on the floor. I went to the front desk to ask if we could change rooms, explaining about the blood on the floor, I was asked if the blood looked "old or fresh."

My room was disgusting! Stains on sheets, missing light bulb in lamp, shower curtain rod falling out of wall, peeling paint, torn lampshade, etc. I went and found a completely different hotel and checked out of this one. Place should be condemned!

The room had roaches, hair on the sheets, and stains on the walls, carpet, and doors. When I tried to call down to tell them, the phone didn’t work. We were exhausted and killed the roaches, and slept on the bed with our own blankets. Would not stay here again.

Quick and comfortable. A little worn in places and a slight, damp musty odor when entering room, but ok. Overall, good value for money.

First let me say I did not pay for the Ritz and did not expect the Ritz. When we checked in the man was on the phone the whole time. That is RUDE. The second floor hallway smelled like backed up sewer lines both days. Thankfully the room smelled ok. Unfortunately the bathtub had old cigarette burns all over it. Yuk. The outside was run down. Why couldn't the man who checked us in go outside and mow or edge or pick up trash? All the drinks in the morning were watered down. We drove to *****es for coffee. It's kind of sad. Just be friendly and put some effort into a place and people will come. Don't try to save money by skimping.

INSTEAD OF QUEEN SIZE BEDS LIKE IN THE DESCRIPTION SAID, THEY GAVE US TWIN SIZE BEDS. IT SMELT LIKE CIARETTE SMOKE AND MY DOOR DID NOT LOCK PROPERLY.
