舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites)

It was very cold and windy when we checked in, so the front desk clerk showed is where to park our car up closer to the back door and elevator. That was really helpful.

Carla and Joe run a wonderful hotel. They are wonderful people and so are the other employees. We've been staying at this hotel for years because of the wonderful people and clean comfy rooms. Never any problems.

Comfort suites are always our go to.. with a family of 6, it's been surely a good choice. Always clean and comfy. Yummy breakfast.

I like the convenience location. Room was clean, i got a 1 room with 2 king beds sin e we came with 2 kids for a graduation at Texas Tech. Near restaurants and easy access to everywhere. Hotel is clean,

Stained bed spreads, shower head was broken, cars with loud bass driving through parking lot at night.

The room was really nice. Would definitely stay for that reason again. The rest of the property needs updated.

The Check in was smooth, and I got the room I wanted which was spacious and clean. The shower was excellent and the king size bed was comfortable. The TV quaility was poor due to the outdated cheap modulation system do HD was none existent even though the TVs were LED flatscreen. This needs to be updated quickly, but since I had my hot wife with me, we didn't watch that much TV. The hot breakfast was excellent. Joe was there to make sure we got hot waffles with warm butter. Mmm Good. I will definitely choose this one again when I return to Lubbock.

Bedding was comfortable. Clean bathroom and shower. Would definitely stay again.

Are used to stay only at La Quinta’s, but since their quality has so severely declined and their prices have not, I have changed to Comfort inns, and so far have not regretted it
