En helt fantastisk positiv oplevede!
Et super, super godt hotel med en suveræn placering lige uden for den begrænsede trafikzone.
Servicen på hotellet er på et niveau jeg ikke har oplevet i flere år - fantastisk personale.
Rigtig god morgenmad. Gratis cola, øl, kaffe, spurmante mv. i lobbyen i løbet af dagen - en fantastisk service.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Alessandro was very accommodating and attentive, he gave great recommendations to tour the beautiful town of Lucca. The snacks-and-prosecco welcome was a plus and the buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room was very clean and well kept.

I felt that the hotel was in a good location, represented good value for money, and fully met my needs. I have given it 4 and not 5 because some of the bedroom furniture was a bit dated. Also, although Happy Hour was welcome, they also advertise free food available all day. This is, however, just breakfast leftovers, which inevitably looked a bit tired later in the day.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay.
The staff were very helpful, breakfast was great, rooms big and clean. ( we were in the tower about 30 metres from the main hotel)
There was complimentary Prosecco and beer each night in the lobby which was appreciated by us.

Loved the property! The best hotel we stayed at in our entire Italy trip. Would highly recommend, the staff is amazing and extremely nice. If you bring a car they will park it for you for $20 Euros a day so no need to stress about that.

O hotel continua com boa manutenção, enxoval de boa qualidade e o aconchegante serviço de snaks, café, chá e espumante, como cortesia, no lobby, todas as tardes. Uma delicia encontrar esse serviço depois de caminhar o dia todo explorando Lucca.
O cafe da manhã também é super completo e a localização do hotel, dentro do centro histórico, mas numa rua mais sossegada, é perfeita.

This hotel is well located - within the walls but with car access and parking. There is a bike rental place (tandem too) around the corner. The hotel has no restaurant but Gli Orti, around the corner is excellent. We were first given a room with a doorless shower in th bathroom, thus slippery floor. The staff kindly moved us to a different room with a regular shower. Breakfast is similar to most 4* hotels in Italy.(

We stayed here with our 5 year old on vacation and we would absolutely return. The room was nothing special, but it was clean enough, quiet, and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful and having breakfast there every morning was very convenient. The location was perfect for exploring Lucca and had easy access to the wall for my morning runs and family bike rides. Can’t wait to go back!
