Great location. Small hotel and over priced. Room is OK. Very interesting room decoration.

Buon hotel a 200m dalla stazione e dal Kappelbrŭcke. Personale gentile e simpatico. Comera Loft Suite ampia, ma con colori molto scuri, poca luce. Bagno ampio, ma bisogna partare un proprio maniglione o appoggio per persone in sedia a rotelle, sia per il water che per la doccia. Colazione poco chiara. 35 franchi per un buffet povero o eventualmente scelta à la carte. Boh scelta molto discutibile.

Mein Aufenthalt im The Hotel war absolut sensationell! Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und mit jedem erdenklichen Komfort ausgestattet. Von den luxuriösen Betten bis hin zu den modernen Annehmlichkeiten fühlte ich mich wie zu Hause. Das Frühstück war wundervoll und bot eine köstliche Auswahl, die meinen Tag perfekt beginnen ließ. Was das The Hotel wirklich besonders macht, ist seine Lage mitten in der Stadt und doch umgeben von der natürlichen Ruhe eines angrenzenden Parks. Am Morgen konnte ich die Vögel zwitschern hören, sobald ich mein Fenster öffnete und die frische Luft hereinließ. Ein besonderes Highlight meines Aufenthalts in Luzern war das Essen im La Cucina, das einfach hervorragend fein war. Ich genoss Tagliatelle mit schwarzem Trüffel zur Vorspeise und zum Hauptgang das Lammkarree. Es war der Hammer! Zum Dessert gönnte ich mir noch ein köstliches Tiramisu, das wirklich auch sehr fein war, aber etwas zu viel Mascarpone und etwas zu wenige Löffelbiskuits für meinen Geschmack enthielt. Die Bedienung war äußerst zuvorkommend und schnell. Insgesamt kann ich das The Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Reisende, die Luxus, Komfort und Gastfreundschaft suchen. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den herzlichen Aufenthalt!

I prefer to write positive reviews but unfortunately, I cannot for this hotel. I hope the feedback can be taken as constructive so improvements can be made for future guests. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful but the room was poorly designed. The designer was touted as a selling feature of the hotel unfortunately the design did not incorporate features that would make the room comfortable for guests. The lighting was so dim we routinely used the flashlight from our iPhones. The desk chair was too low for the desk and not adjustable. The chair was heavy and not on wheels so it could not be moved readily. There was not a USB port by the desk. The outlet near the desk was near the floor so not convenient for plugging in a laptop. The picture on the website showed a separation between the sleeping area and working area but this was not the way the room was arranged during our stay. They did not have their own wifi for guests. They use a Luzerne wide wifi which seems less safe to me.

Great service from Mara. From the minute we walked in until we left she made us feel special. The location is good. The room was large but dark. The only thing that was disappointing was the gentleman on the front desk that told us to go downstairs to the restaurant for dinner. Not sure why he would suggest it. It was full of gnats and we could not eat because they were everywhere. I asked him if he knew afterwards and he said yes. Still don’t understand sending us there knowing we would have issues with all the gnats.

Stayed two nights the staff was very friendly and the location is in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the train station. Short walk over to old town Room was very large and well appointed. The only bad thing was the lighting as not very good and the windows did not have blinds or drapes which made light at night a little bit of an issue Overall great location and staff with a large room with some quirks
