Nikita is the best staff in sapna clak in hotal . Room service is good , Food is to be good. “It was an overall good experience...food was exceptionally good and freshly cooked....staff were very courtious and friendly... “Very nice.. the staff are also very cooperative.. Rohit who serve us in resturant is very polite and nice person”

We had a dinner party of 13 with family at Sapna Clarks inn and they really surpassed my expectations. The food was nice especially the Butter nans, malai kofta, daal makhni and kadhai paneer. Service was quick and all the serving staff were courteous and friendly. Neha guided me towards the portions and the number of dishes I should order among the group, saving my money and time. Thanks Neha for that. The best thing which I must mention here is the portion sizes of the dishes. I was amazed to see how the food we ordered was perfect amount for our group of 13. Overall, we had a great time dining at Sapna clarks Inn. Thanks Sachin for convincing me to come here and dine. This was the perfectly spiced Indian food I had during my entire India trip this time since I can’t tolerate spices no-more. But loved the way you and your staff took our feedbacks and customised the curries before serving. Will surely be back again.

Great staying Experience Best food to eat…. Overall experience is good …. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Good supportive staff, nice food, neat rooms.. Service was also good. Rooms arr nice and clean..Reception staff was also help ful. We stayed for couple of nights. Everyday was like at home. Will be here in sometime again. Zareena was really help ful..

The property is maintained poorly. The Rooms are of decent size but the infrastructure ( Bathroom, beds table) are not good. The Room was dirty, the towels weren't soft. The staff behiour was decent but Service wasn't great. Found it costly, can found better options in that price in Lucknow.

The staff is efficient and cordial. The ambience is good. The location is good. The upkeep of Hotel is not upto the mark, need to focus on maintenance. The availability is there anytime, I checked in at 12:30 am and everything was smooth. Please focus on maintaining the rooms and building.
