No one goes to their restaurant, it’s empty mostly. Food choices are not as people expect in punjab. Almost all food items very costly here.

Reception is renovation. Their was dirty smell. Bathroom was dirty. Bathroom towels was dirty & smelley. I have no image

No emenities like tea kettle, room sleeper are provided in the room. Even the mattresses quality is not good enough

Is this the room of 3. 4k? if this kind of service where dirty bedsheet (with hairs & dirty things) & no towel no miscellaneous things no bathing accessories also lift not working in the hotel where stairs is the only option to come at 2nd floor is worth of 3. 4k, then why we shouldn't choose direct hotels like this hotel in 1-1. 5k in same city. This should be investigated thoroughly, reason this is happening through mm t again and again. I left this hotel tonight and need resolution on priority with best possible response.

No food and absolutely no hospitality. Only rooms are good. But smelly and dirty towels they provide

Average room but breakfast is too gud. Staff is very nice, parking area also gud, lit bit expensive as per room

Was unable to check in on desired dates and was refused for date modification. Also denied for credit note.
