The reason for the low condition is that we were put in the exact same room as the month before. That in itself is not bad, however when the same room has the EXACT same problems as the month before, it's a bit disappointing. Entryway light was burned out, and I do mean scorch marks around fixture, and second tv in the room was still just a base from where a previous guest stole the unit itself. (Room 304) Mind you, they did graciously swap rooms for us. The other issue which, I consider both condition and comfort, is that while they did adequately inform us of the water out until 8pm, they did not however mention that while water was back on there would be no hot water. 2 days in a row my wife and I took cold showers. When we contacted the front desk about this issue, their only response was to try and not take showers when other guests were doing so. Wasn't exactly happy about being told, for all intents and purposes, to just deal with it.
