اسوء مكان سكنت فيه بحياتي 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 المكان عباره عن مجمع نايت كلاب وسكارا ومسخره تالي الليل مناظر سيئه كلش ماتصلح للعوائل وفوق هذا كله الاثاث مو نظيف كلشششش والادوات الصحيه قذره جدا جداااا 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 وبلغتهم بالوصخ على السجاده ومحد تجاوب معاي وفوق هذا كله قلتلهم بأخر الجيك اوت لان طيارتي متاخره رفضو يعني عالاقل خلوه اعتذار 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 تجربه سيئه جدا

Terrible experience. The room lights goes on and off automatically while you're sleeping. Not to mention the noise from the clubs until 2:00 am. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. They really need to work harder in this property to maintain at least the standard. Check in and check out was okay but not what I expected.

I booked this hotel on *********** and received a confirmation. 24 hours before the check in the messages me saying that my reservation was cancelled for no valid reason. I guess the cheaper price should have suggested a cheaper service. I’ll have to place a urgent new reservation elsewhere and spent a lot more than I could have spent.

I recently had an utterly disastrous experience with Cielo Hotel, and it's safe to say that it's a stay I will never forget, despite the fact that I didn't even get to stay there. From the very beginning of my booking process, this establishment managed to leave me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. To start, I opted for the "no payment needed" option when booking my stay, a choice that should have simplified the process. However, on the day of my scheduled arrival, Cielo Hotel abruptly canceled my reservation because they claimed I needed to make a payment. Instead of using a secure and reputable payment platform, they sent me a payment link directly. This raised significant concerns for me as it goes against common industry standards and appeared rather shady. In fact, *********** informed me that the property should not handle payments directly, leaving me to deal with Cielo Hotel's questionable practices. Another issue I faced was with the hotel's contact information. The phone number provided in their description and on Google didn't work, making it impossible for me to reach them for inquiries or assistance. DON'T STAY HERE! Velero Hotel nearby is a great alternative!

فاشل جدا الغرف مستهلكة المكيفات حاره وغيرنا الغرف نفس الشئ.. عندهم مشكله في التكييف في اغلب الغرف احنا خذنا 4 غرف وكلهم نفس الشى..موظفين الاستقبال ابدا ما عندهم حسن تعامل .. تاخرنا في check in ما انه قبل لا نوصل قالوا الغرف جاهزه ..الغرف وصخه وريحه دخان مع انه حاجزين في قسم غير المدخنين .. غرفنا بالدور الرابع ومع ذلك ازعاج بالليل من صوت الموسيقى تحت ما نقدر نام ..الشى الوحيد زين الغرف واسعه فقط اتمنى يهتمون بالفندق ويسون صيانه عليه لانه مكانه استراتيجي

There are security guards who do not interact well. They treated me brutally and did not respect my wife. They are just looking for someone to pay them money, and if you don't pay, they hate you. Now I do not recommend this hotel

Excellent ambiance and Iftar buffet is really good. I had Iftar at al Masa restaurant , and the buffet had nice variety and great presentation. Compared to other restaurants offering Iftar, this restaurant has a good value for money. You can also use vouchers like entertainer or urban points. The service was great and staff were very helpful and nice. Highly recommended.

We saw an ad for Friday brunch with kids activities. The only positive thing from this experience was the price and the soup. The food was terrible, small quantities, no varieties. The kids activities was just face painting. The place was small but nice. Good decor but not suitable for a buffet. Would be ideal for a nice italian restaurant. Don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon.
