盧森堡Pianos Kleber附近酒店

這酒店很貴，性價比一半，但是位置超級好。提醒大家兩個事情， 第一，開車是可以到酒店門口的，但是導航會有問題，應該延老城外的公路環線西側，由北向南（即Boulevard Royal向南），左轉進入Rue Nutre-Dame，50米，左轉進入Rue Philippe II，過兩個小街口，過了愛馬仕Hermes的店，右轉即到。 第二，住這個酒店主要是為了逛奢侈品店和市中心景點，但是這個城市所有商業（90％）周日關門一天，所以周日盡量不要住這個酒店，很無聊。

Reception: Man was helpful and efficient, maps offered at time of checkin, and also advised that all public transport in Luxembourg country is free of charge (at the time of our stay). Room / facilities: Room number 504 is on the 5 floor and is clean, cosy and basic, a queen bed, flat screen TV, small table, 1 chair and ottoman. The room has to much furniture for the 12sq m room size. The room is facing the rear of the hotel and is very quiet. There is a self control air con fan (built into the roof) with a window that opens a small amount. The ibis Styles room has zero room amenities to offer guests, no fridge, no tea/coffee, no safe, no bottled water, which would be expected in a Ibis Styles.….. I have experienced more amenities in a standard ibis hotel when i was in vietnam a few days prior to arrival into Luxembourg. Laundry: Drop off laundry service is available at additional cost. Parking: is available at an additional cost Wifi: Complementary and really good speed. Email address required to access. Conclusion: Very close to the main train station, supermarkets around the corner or next door, old town is approx 1km or a 10 min walk, trams depart regularly to old town direction. The main train station is a 2 min walk also bus and tram stops. Letdowns: Whilst there are many nightclubs in the general area, it did make one feel slightly uncomfortable whilst walking the street. Construction noise during the day is heard from the construction at the end of the street. It was very odd, that upon our checkout the reception man offered us a coffee on departure. Despite entering and exiting the hotel numerous times throughout our stay, we were never offered a coffee. Location / Nearby: Main train station, supermarket around the corner or next door. Old town centre is about a 1km (or 5 mins on the tram), main train station, bus stops and tram stop are a 2 min walk. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. From the Lux airport, Bus 29 will take you to the main train station this is direct and can take 30 mins depending on traffic. Public Transport is currently free (at the time of our stay)

This hotel is outstanding. We had a delightful stay. All the details are taken care of - the room was beautiful (pics attached) and the service could not be better. Very welcoming for English speakers and LGBT+ couples. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was also excellent and we highly recommend it. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from town and on a direct (free) bus route to the airport. The restaurant on floor 8 was good but we felt the food could've been better for the price we paid for the meal for dinner (do not recommend the hummus or the gazpacho starters but the rest of our meal was very good). Gorgeous atmosphere and view from the restaurant (some pics of the view attached). Overall we very highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again. Luxembourg is a wonderful country and city.

Warm, attentive and kind service by the front office staff (Olivier, Eva, Raquel and Keir: thank you). The room was very clean, not a trace of dust. We loved the combination of a bath and separated shower. Qualitative amenities present. Breakfast had everything we needed. We received a voucher for a drink for my birthday.

Positive: 1) The hotel supplies towels, 2) all staff wear buttons with funny ”mama says...” texts, 3) there is a coherent corporate perfume smell across the hotel including your room Less positive: 1) check-in takes 15 min once it's your turn 2) noisy room including regular sounds from malfunctioning tech in the walls, 3) pseudo loft design with 10+ counts of ”mama” branding in your room, 4) no paper towels, 5) no shampoo, 6) no liquid soap, 7) empty mini bar, 8) no Ironing board / Iron, 9) no chair Overall: Great place if feel trendy in a ”mama says....” branded environment. Not a good place if you need a hotel to sleep and / or do some work.

High level service from the reception. We came early, our room was ready, so we could check in before we went to the city centre. Located just a little outside the city, but you can take the tram for free and it stops near the hotel. You can also walk trough a nice park, it takes about half an hour. The room was very lovely and modern with rain shower in the bath. Friendly staff in the restaurant for dinner. Good breakfast.

酒店在山上，環境很好，設施有點老舊。出門就有公車，整個盧森堡都免費。一個很不錯的城市，很多年輕人，很多大學和金融機構？

很棒的酒店,步行即可到達機場終端,免費停車。房間很乾淨,這家酒店是我們前往比利時大獎賽的絕佳基地,大約75分鐘車程。前往盧森堡的當地班車在公路上行駛,經常乘坐巴士進入城鎮大約20分鐘。盧森堡的所有公共交通工具都是免費的,所以我們晚上去城裏吃一些可愛的食物。

Personnel are very friendly. Ready to help any time. Breakfast was delicious. Saturday and Sunday you can have breakfast until noon which was very convenient as my training finished early morning I had enough time to sleep and had late breakfast. View from gym is marvelous.

總的來說,我們有一個非常愉快的住宿,肯定會推薦和/或再次入住。詳細: -我和我的伴侶在暑假期間住在這裏。這是一次混合商務和休閒旅行。我在大堂/餐廳工作了2天,整個酒店Wifi都很棒(電話會議期間沒有故障,沒有連接損失)。- 所有工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人。從接待處的人,到清潔人員,一旦我們提出問題,他們幫助了我們。- 房間也很現代,乾淨,安靜的AC(airco)。我甚至會建議酒店不需要每天更新所有的毛巾,我可以用毛巾幾天。;) - 早餐還可以。都是(奶酪,肉,水果,酸奶,玉米片,咖啡,茶,牛奶,果汁,雞蛋,吐司和羊角麪包。)。新鮮可口,但不要指望豐盛的早午餐。我讀了以前的一些評論,有時人們需要管理自己的期望。;)由於這是一家新酒店,我想給酒店管理層提出一些建議: - 我錯過了房間裏的一個小冰箱。幸運的是,工作人員把我們的食物存放在廚房裏,但我每天早上都要求它有點內疚。-我會在早餐室投資空調。這是一個非常好的空間,充滿了光線,但這也意味着夏天天氣很暖和。儘管如此:絕對值得在盧森堡停留!額外的小費!去隔壁的啤酒廠+品嚐,問埃裏克。埃裏克是我們的導遊。他知識淵博,喜歡分享他的故事,這對我們來說確保我們玩得很開心!啤酒也很好(獎金,哈哈)。:P
