卡斯蘭別墅公寓(Villa Kaslan Apartments)

Was recommended this place when in Aswan. Didn’t look at pictures and just turned up. Absolutely amazed. No problem with us just turning up and a really lovely welcome too. Complimentary drink also. No pressure whatsoever from staff like what seems the rest of Egypt. Staff were great with my little lad he wanted to stay longer. Another massive shock when they took us to the apartment! It was massive and done out beautifully, and really clean. A lot of time and effort has been put into to this little gem ! Food is fantastic too and very well priced. Can’t fault the place and will be back next year !

Tolle Apartments mit hervorragendem Service in Luxor. Super freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter. Chefkoch Omar kocht zudem sehr lecker! Haben wir einen Transfer bspw. zum Museum benötigt , wurde alles komplett organisiert und wurde über die Villa abgerechnet. Hat man irgendeine Frage oder ein anliefern helfen alle sehr gerne und sofort. Wie waren sehr gut versorgt und behütet 😃. Zu 100% zu empfehlen!

Our studio apartment exceeded our expectations. A sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom plus an enormous terrace complete with clothes airer! The whole place was super clean and the staff helpful. A huge, delicious birthday cake came with the compliments of the owner. Our taxi driver, Yasser, provided by Villa Kaslan was excellent. We hope to return in slightly cooler weather - exceptionally hot at 37 degrees! The quietness of the area is wonderful with absolutely no hassle. Thank you all.

Great place to stay to visit Luxor. We were there 2 days with our 2 kids in a very well equiped appartement. The team of the hotel is very nice and efficient to organize tours for you: we did the king valey and other great places with a guide + chauffeur for a very nice price. I strongly recommend !

Nous avons passé trois nuits très agréables à villa Kaslan. Une véritable oasis de verdure au milieu des champs. Très calme par rapport à la rive droite de Louxor, à 15 mn à pied des bords du Nil et du ferry. Les chambres bleues et blanches sont spacieuses, la literie de qualité et bien équipées avec une petite cuisine ainsi qu'une belle terrasse de toit. L'air conditionné est très appréciable en été ainsi que la piscine. Un grand merci au propriétaire Abdelrahim pour son hospitalité et sa disponibilité. Il vous fournit un chauffeur pour toute activité dans la région à prix raisonnable. Ajoutez à cela des repas faits maisons pour une cuisine locale gouteuse. Donc très recommandable La connexion internet est parfois limitée mais rien de grave vu l'endroit où l'on est.

Absolument tout était incroyable, de loin notre meilleur séjour dans 2 semaines de voyage ! Déjà avant l'arrivée Yvonne était ultra rapide et réactive. Avec son équipe (tous merveilleux aussi) et son mari Abdelrahim ils ont communiqué avec notre chauffeur pour lui indiquer comment arriver, ensuite ils étaient dehors pour nous accueillir, tout expliquer, monter les affaires dans la chambre etc. Un vrai luxe :) Notre appartement était spacieux et très confortable, très bien équipé, très propre et avec 3 balcons : deux donnant vers des magnifiques couchers de soleil et le grand vers la belle piscine et jardin. Le tout entouré par des bananiers et champs. L'emplacement est idéale : au calme, près de l'embarcadère (environ 12 minutes à pieds) et dans le côté sympa de Louxor : la rive ouest ! Nous avons eu le bonheur de manger leurs excellents pdj et repas, des prix raisonnables aussi. Cerise sur le gâteau, ils organisent la location de vélos pour des super prix. Ah ! Et Spot, tellement sympa ce chien :) Enfin remarquer qu'ils sont des passionnés de leur pays et ils donnent des excellents conseils que vous pouvez suivre les yeux fermés.

This was easily our favourite place to stay during our entire trip along the Nile valley. Villa Kaslan arranged a very comfortable transfer for us from Aswan to Luxor, and the driver took us to visit two temples on the way. On arrival we found ourselves walking into a beautifully presented villa with an immaculate swimming pool and a delightful walled garden of flowers, fruit and vegetables, which housed the restaurant. We stayed in one of the two large studio units at the end of the garden. They came complete with kitchen, bathroom and a big wardrobe. The decor was modern, simple and stylish. The beds were large and comfortable with cosy duvets. The air conditioning worked well and the lighting was good. Each studio had their own veranda and roof terrace. The latter offered sweeping views over a banana plantation, a great place to sit and enjoy the sunsets. Do check out the pictures and videos on Google Maps as well as here.  
There was excellent fast Wi-Fi throughout the property.
We ate in the restaurant every evening. It is a roofed area open to the garden on two sides that can be closed off with cotton curtains if the breeze is a little cool. There are three large tables and they only cook for their guests. The menu offers a good range and the food is freshly prepared to order. The food is very high quality and it helps that you are eating it in a beautiful outdoor setting. The prices are very reasonable for both, food and drink, including wine and beer. For what we could see it was by far the best place to eat locally.
As for breakfast, it’s large and delicious, with omelette, salad, fresh fruit, falafel, cooked beans, local soft feta cheese, flat bread, yoghurt and cake.
But the best thing about Villa Kaslan is the owner Abdul and his crew. They really look after their guests and care about them. They are a close-knit team and one could sense that they all enjoyed working with each other. It makes Villa Kaslan a relaxed and friendly place to stay. The atmosphere is very much of a home shared rather than a more distant, formal hotel. The team became like friends and we were sad to leave them. Villa Kaslan organises trips to all the amazing cultural sights in and around Luxor, as well as wonderful trips to see the real Egypt of farming life in the Nile valley. If you need a taxi or boat transfer to anywhere they will fix it up, and all at fair, competitive prices. This took the stress out of our stay and allowed us to really enjoy exploring Luxor. We highly recommend Villa Kaslan as a truly special place to stay.

Nous avons passé une nuit à la Villa lors d un séjour à Louxor et tout à été parfait. L accueil et la gentillesse du personnel et du propriétaire Abdelrahim restera dans nos mémoires. Le lieu est calme et la vue depuis les terrasses spectaculaire. Agréable piscine, studio au top. Merci au chef cuisinier pour la qualité des repas (tajine le soir et falafels à tomber), copieux et délicieux petit déjeuner. Cette villa est pleine de charme où il fait bon de faire escale. Tout est réalisé pour s'y sentir bien afin de savourer le temps qui passe loin du tumulte de la ville. J'y retournerai volontiers.

This was like a little haven in the West Bank - with a verdant view from the top of the banana plantation. Highly recommend a stay here and all staff are helpful, especially Waled. We had organised our sight seeing tour and arrangements could be made for collection from the Villa Kaslan. It is well placed for the sights of Valley of the Kings, Deir el Medina - a must, Mortuary temple of Hatshepsut and others. Our stay was peaceful and pleasant.
