斯温登西部（M4, J16）普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn Swindon West (M4, J16))

It served the purpose we wanted. We were visiting family for a 98 birthday party and needed a suitable bed for the night.

I was actually pretty disappointed with this hotel, expecting it to be on the same level as other Premier Inn hotels. I dont usually book with anyone else. But this hotel had a really dirty room, there were cobwebs on the floor where cleaning would have picked them up. The room was generally damp, you could feel it in the air and on the bed linen. You cant notice it in the room when you first walk in as the open windows have aired it but going in again after an evening it is clear. We tried to put the air con onto heat and it was just rattling. The towels were rock hard, so much so that we opted to shower when we got home. Reception staff didnt answer after buzzing for a while. This was the worst stay i have experienced at a Premier Inn. But for sleep quality it was quiet.

One night stay on way to Salisbury and to visit Lydiard Park, had an early check in (very useful), and then off to the park. Room was as usual clean and you could open a window (Yea!), comfy bed and decent shower, its also great location just off M4. Staff all very pleasant and friendly and an issue with a non working door card quickly sorted. We were on second floor and I thought good no heavy footed person above us, but there were a couple of families on same floor who seem to think its acceptable to let your offspring charge up and down the corridor, but it wasnt too bad

Lovely quite place just off the motorway. Guy on reception very friendly helpful. Room very neat tidy clean comfortable. The beefeater restaurant was amazing great value and the lady who served us knew her job . The food was well cooked and plentiful

An older hotel very close to M4 j16 so very handy for travelling. Arrival was quick and easy, room clean although older than most hotels stayed in before. Did bot go into the restaurant. Car parking free but remember to add ypur car reg in on arrival.

Never took privilege card details for both bookings. Room was awful walked in and cheap air fresheners dotted around the room. A massive line of dust on the carpet around the skirting boards. Mould on the bathroom ceiling and shower curtain. Lift not working and had no rooms on ground floor so had to walk up 3 floors with 2 big suitcase. The person who checked us in women young with short pixi cut hair and glasses was honestly clueless and didn’t know what she was doing it took her 15 to even come and check us in. The restaurant- black man didn’t even know what an apple pie was. Heard the staff members arguing with each other about us as the member who took our order should have never put it through. J20 took 15mins to get. Chicken was raw. Breakfast was awful no apple juice no orange juice no bananas and no pastries. How do you even run out of all them. Took her 20 mins to come and even take our order for breakfast. The whole stay was horrific and would never stay again

Premier Inn lives up to its advertising, clean with friendly, helpful, staff. Convenient location and easy to find.

The Inn was easy to find, conveniently just off the junction. There was ample parking space. We were greeted at reception and given our key. Our room was on the second floor but the lift was broken which fortunately didn't inconvenience us too much. The room was spacious and clean with en-suite facilities. The bed was large and comfy, the shower was hot with good pressure and there were tea making facilities. Breakfast was served in the Beefeater adjacent to the Inn. The quality, variety and quantity of food and drink was good. We stayed two nights and it was quiet with no disturbances. Everything met our expectations for this price range. Would stay again.

As an international (US to UK) traveller on a limited budget, the Premiere Inn Swindon West was exactly what I needed. The location to the event I was attending was excellent (just fair warning, ask for a taxi as no Ubers pick up there), I'm told the food is delicious and the location to convenience and food amenities is close and useful. I hope to come back and stay again someday to explore the local area!
