Staybridge Suites 底特律 - 諾維(Staybridge Suites Detroit - Novi)

Toilet is plugged whenever toilet paper is flushed, had to get a plunger from the front desk multiple times. Some of the GFCI outlets are reset so that some outlets down the line didn’t work. Breakfast is terrible: food is stale and tasteless; cut fruit must have been cut for days, tasting fermented and bacteria-laden; the orange juice from the machine tastes diluted. Room was not cleaned at all one day. The place overall is dated and room layout is weird.

Room 327, dripping faucet and slow tub drain and was cool despite thermostat settings. 3rd day set Heat to 74, and was 54 degs upon return blowing Cold air. Was offered more blankets since no other rooms. Desk clerk witnessed the problem and then found another room 310. Called GM expecting a comp night, or IHG points, etc. for my trouble. She said the thermostat was now working, and I should have told them earlier, like it was my fault and she did nothing, nor was even apologetic. Customer service is lacking, and the property a bit "tired". I will never stay there again, nor will my biz colleagues.

The room was booked in desperation during a storm where we had power go out, power company indicated that it would take another 48 hours - and with a baby, having no power and water was not going to be safe. Thankfully, we got our power back within an hour of making my reservation. Aside from working with *******, to cancel the reservation, I called the hotel directly - and the staff I spoke to indicated that they understood. She was aware that we were all in the bad storm. She indicated that a waiver could only be provided by her supervisor. Supervisor had no empathy-- still denied my request for cancellation and provide a waiver and reimbursement to make a buck for the hotel. Supervisor -- whoever you are, what comes around goes around. There is karma in this world for people who do not have empathy.

Check in process was slow. Had to find the attendant. Waited 5-10 minutes. Then she had trouble checking us in even though we were already paid. It took a long time. Changed room number a couple of times. Said we were right next to each other which was not accurate. We were not made aware that house keeping only comes every 7 days and you have to take out your own garbage and get your own clean towels and make your bed. Garbage outside everyone’s rooms. Our wet dirty towels piled up in room. The duvet covers completely coming off of insert due to not being straightened daily. Back door to parking was broke. Someone’s card broke off inside. My husband said our room door lock needed work. Screws coming loose. I couldn’t even lock it myself. Not what is used to be. I’ll look around for alternatives next time.

Property and staff were very good. Great accommodations. The only constructive feedback is that the swimming pool house had too much chlorine...so we could not swim.

They have electrical room on 3rd floor which contained air compressor which 40 feet from my room. It go one for 20 sec shut off for 20 sec all night I reported it no other room available had to shove towel in bottom door to muffle sound

Excelente hotel. Tenho apenas uma crítica ... esperava por um café da manhã melhor.

Everything was good until I went to use hot tub that was listed on site and I was told the day of my reservation was working.. It was out of service both days ..I wanted your hotel for the hot tub because of therapy I am currently going threw .. very dissatisfied the front desk had no answer for me..

The wall are not sound isolated. During the nigth I was earing the room beside me, TV and person talking
