Excellent hôtel , niveau propreté, localisation, service , accueil , climatisation. Tout était top ! Je vous le conseil fortement les yeux fermée

S’il y’avait la possibilité de mettre moins d’une étoile je l’aurai fait Le pire service que j'ai jamais vu sachant que j'ai ma réservation une fois à la porte un agent de sécurité ne m'a pas laissé entrer sans voir ma carte d'identité en jugent que je suis mineur sachant que j'ai 26 ans et puis à l'accueil ils ont laissé entrer des personnes devant moi alors que moi avec ma réservation on m'a sortie non 'c'est complet' ça sert à quoi la réservation si c'est pour me sortir c'est complet et sans oublié le jugement que je suis mineure sans meme vérifier ma carte d'identité c'est de la pire humiliation ... je ne recommande pas ce genre de place ou les clients ne sont pas respectés …

À l’arrivée personnel très accueillant souriant, bagagiste présent à la disposition, réceptionniste souriant et serviable à son niveau auquel j’ai demander de me réveiller à 7h pour que je soit présent à l’endroit de ma formation ( objectif de mon voyage ). Réclamation: aucun coup de file pour. Me réveiller à 7 h. Aucun passage pour nettoyer la chambre sachant que la demande écrite de nettoyage restée sans réaction toute la journée… Après réclamation à la réception ( khadija réceptionniste) en remarque que le sens de l’écoute très peut développer. Justificatif sur la réclamation de l’absence du réveil clairement mensonger … Chasse des toilette brouillant avec écoulement de l’eau tt la nuit( panne de chasse d’eau). Au départ absence ou disparition du bagagiste. En quite la réception de l’hôtel sans contacte des yeux du personnel avec froideurs dégotante. Là vérité mon expérience a l’hôtel adagio n’était vraiment à ce que j’attendais puis je ne peut pas le recommander à mon entourage de médecin malheureusement ( une vrai déception).

Endroit très bien placé. Grande chambre car pris une deluxe avec terrasse en RMC. Appart hôtel. Très propre, tout équipé, baignoire, plateau de courtoisie, carrefour à 50 mètres. Équipes au top, de l accueil au personnel de ménage et les garçons sur le roof top à la piscine ou pour dej et diner. Les Kadidja sont les meilleures une à l’accueil, l autre aux chambres. Super moderne, très belle déco que j adore, kartell, du marocain, top. Bémol pour moi le petit dej où il n y a pas assez de fruité ni yaourts mais on achète et on déjeune dans 35 m2. NE RATEZ OAS CET ENDROIT SUPER. Quartier sécurisé, magasins de luxe, restaurants, bars. La mosquée à 5 km. Par contre des 9 h un trafic dans la ville 🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀

- Location: Near downtown Casablanca, within walking distance of Massira Bvd. and the Kenzi Towers. The Moh V stadium is not far so expect some crowding when there is a football match but nothing disturbing. There are many restaurants in the surroundings : French, Korean, Turkish, Lebanese, Pizza & Fast-food, etc. If you are willing to stay longer and want to cook, there is a carrefour market, a butcher and some grocery stores next to the hotel. - Room: I had a great small flat with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. It is modern, organised and well decorated, clean and tidy. The kitchenette is well equipped, just be careful not to leave sweet food on the counter or you will be invaded by ants. There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

Staying for a few weeks, where Khadija on the 4th floor, looks after us so well, keeping everything super clean and tidy and always with a smile. Really nice central hotel. Everything is great except the dryer in the laundry takes too many rounds to dry one wash.
