斯蒂摩爾黑德酒店(Hotel Stiemerheide)

Vriendelijk personeel kamers wel zuiver en goed bed maar veel te klein echt dit heb k ng nooit gezien eigenlijk zo kleine kamers en super dunnen muren je hoorde gwn iedereen voorbij wandelen en iedere gesprek kon je gwn meevolgen Jammer... Ging er voor te rusten maar heb dit niet kunnen doen

Dit hotel is een schandaal en ik raadt het af aan iedereen om nog maar te denken dat dit hotel een goede en rustgevende plaats voor iemand kan zijn. Blijf uit de buurt van dit hotel en zeker ook bij een van de medewerkers! Het was oprecht een mooie locatie maar de mentaliteit is zorgwekkend!

Top locatie. Receptie eerste aanmelding zwak en hooghartige toon. Kamer niet helemaal ok: Badkamerverlichting is defect en blijft defect na 2 meldingen. Ontbijt is pure oplichterij: Nergens vraagt men 27€ voor een ontbijt van die klasse. Cava hoeft ook niet voor de meeste mensen bij het ontbijt. Luxueus maar bekakt is onze algemene ervaring.

Good hotel for business meetings in a friendly atmosphere and plenty of nature around. Very nice golf course on scene. My room was small but convenient with no surprises, would have liked some bottled water. Breakfast was served on the first floor in a nice dining room. Very friendly staff all around.

Very beautiful

We were kept awake until 1.00am by noisy guests on the terrace opposite our room. We complained to reception at 12.00am but they did not deal with it. The hotel has said to me 'we cannot be held responsible for this'. As if they cannot control their hotel! The rooms are small. There was no air conditioning or kettle. The terrace is pleasant but the food was boring international stuff (caesar salad, pasta) at high prices and the service was poor - forgot to take drinks order, to bring water ordered and to bring dressing with the salad.

We had a nice stay here for a week. The staffs at the front desk, the restaurant and housekeeping were all very nice and friendly. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Classic and good vibes. Breakfast was so good, lots of choices, the food served in restaurant was also good.

The room was comfortable, but one next to something rather loud like a kitchen or something similar in the evening. It all quieted down around 10 PM. The bathroom does indeed have a bath/shower combo and I’d say this was the most challenging aspect to the room. One other unfortunate truth was the location of the one heater in the room. After some searching around, I found an electric heater attached to the wall under the desk. After some futzing with the buttons and knobs, I did get it operational and managed to heat the room before bed. Breakfast, while buffet style, was a big spread. There were lots of cold and hot options and all was delicious! The staff were exceptional, and certainly spoke English, German and French very well. Thank you!!!
