This place is absolutely amazing!! We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is such a beautiful place!! The beds were very comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. It's only a few blocks from everything. We will definitely stay there again!!

Pro: Das Hotel in der Klosterkirche besticht durch das interessante Design und Interieur. Ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Perfekt geschultes, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Schöne Bar mit guten Drinks. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Contra: Etwas mehr Privatsphäre zwischen Bädern und Zimmern wäre gut. Das Hotel verfügt über einen guten Parkplatz, aber alle Wagen müssen Nachts (warum auch immer) per Vallet für 45€ in eine Tiefgarage.

Kruisheren hotel is a very nice hotel in a very central place in Maastricht. It is based in a beautifully renovated monastery. It has great rooms, it's clean, nice staff, and great breakfast and dinner! From the hotel it is easy to walk to the various places in the city centre

23-04-24 voor het eerst geboekt in een suite van chateau Neercanne. Kamers zeer smaakvol ingericht, kompleet en rustig Ontbijt was a la carte gemaakt door de chef van de Bistro. Bij afscheid flesje water en een bijzonder stukje zeep. Prijs kwaliteit prima in orde € 3**,00 p/n 24 en 25-04-24 geboekt bij het Kruisherenhotel in Maastricht (ook Oostwegel) Kamers waren kil. Raamdecoratie was nog niet afgewerkt met een nette koof. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prijs kwaliteit aan de hoge kant 24 april € 503,00 / 25 april €436,00 incl. ontbijt bar. 26 april is de prijs veel gunstiger. Ook was er veel lawaai vanaf buiten. En hotelgasten waren rond 24:00 niet zo stil in de gangen. Klotsen met schoenen luid praten en deuren vielen hard in het slot. Het geheel viel tegen, hadden na onze ervaring in Neercanne hogere verwachtingen. De 5 ***** die dit hotel heeft kun je vraagtekens zetten.

The hotel is very nice, very stylish and modern with beautiful decoration. It is interesting to see how the architects created a hotel in the beautiful building. The stay however was not nice. Booked a (very pricey) junior suite, especially for the second night the sleep quality was very poor. First, the room was street side, and did not have real curtains but only roller blinds that let light through on both sides. There was a street light just in front of our window so it was not dark at all. Second, there was a lot of noice both from traffic in the street as well as in the corridor, all night long. The rooms are not well insulated. Third, it was very hot in the room (contrary to the corridor) and the old airco system made a horrible lot of noise. The only answer of the reception staff was that they would write a note in the system so that I would get a more quiet room next time. As if there would be a next time after spending 1.000 EUR on such an experience! The room was nicely designed though, but was not worth the money. Breakfast was nice, served in the restaurant in the church. The choice at the buffet was okay, you can order freshly made eggs as well as some extras such as pancakes that are charged extra. However, also here not a very pleasant experience with staff being busy without doing anything and continuously moving around tables and chairs during the whole breakfast. All in all, a bad experience, not to be repeated. I can not recommend this hotel as price/quality ratio is just not right.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is beautiful, both inside and out, creating a stunning atmosphere for our celebration. The dinner was delightful, but it was truly the quality of the staff that impressed us the most. Everyone was lovely and friendly, with a special mention of Raf, who took exceptional care of us during dinner. He made us feel at home and clearly has a promising future in the hospitality industry. To the management of the Oostwegel Collection: Raf is a gem worth treasuring.
