Absolutely loved everything about it, very family oriented. Most definitely will be staying here again

We stayed here in our 24' Gooseneck. Nice place, grounds well cared for. Would have liked a spot down near the water, maybe ask at time of booking, very nice down there for Sunsets. (We weren't familiar with the Park so didn't know at time of booking) The facilities are old but clean. It was $54/night, thought it a bit much, but it was school holidays, which we don't follow as our kids are grown. 🤷‍♀️ Stayed just 1 night at that price. They allow dogs. We received a treat for us and our pups on arrival, that was a nice touch.

Terrible, cannot even get anyone to answer the phone :( You would think you would have someone in the office in the morning poor service. Or if you cannot have something in the office they should have a mobile number available .As a business if you cannot staff the office to take calls you should be looking at what alternatives as a business can we do the solve this issue.

The hot water in the shower was broken, after alerting to staff to the problem the response was surprise but with no offer of getting it fixed or alternative. A cold shower on a cold winters morning was definitely not how I wanted to start my day

It seems all good online but unfortunately the management/ownership seems to be letting this place down. The jumping pillow was broken. When we mentioned it they said we were a late check-in so they couldn't let us know that in advance. Which is b.s. because they called us that day to confirm the reservation. Also they put us in a cabin with broken satellite TV then said a repair person would be coming in the morning. No way! There would have been no warning, just a repair person coming in in the morning while we were on holidays! They moved us to the empty cabin next door which had a working TV all along. Weird. And a huge hassle. Partner was exhausted moving everything. Then it turns out there's no Foxtel in the bedroom like it says online. Deceptive. Just wanted to chill with some fun movies together we don't get at home but it didn't happen. We should have asked for a partial refund and it would have been awarded by QCAT but sometimes best to just warn others and move along. Find somewhere else to stay.

Fantastic park. We had an ensuite powered site down by the lake which us a quiet area of the caravan park. Amenities were very clean and tidy. Just stayed one night on our way north so didn't get to use all the facilities. Good reception team and very friendly. A wee way from the cbd and on the harbour road so the further from the road the best. Had neighbours who were on their first and by the sounds of it their last camping trip. Nice family but don't think camping was their thing.

Easy location just out of main Mackey & down the road from the harbour! Beautiful lake views which bring in bird life. Clean & easy to fill drinking water! Bathrooms were old but clean! Pool was great & and awesome play pool area for kids! Well maintained :)

A great location. We booked a one bed with bunk beds in the front. Only the main room bed was made up, we had to do the bunk beds. The floor tiles had large cracks in them w due here. There was quite a bit if dirt under the beds. The cabin seemed shift/lean when we moved to one side.

Admin ladies were very wonderful to speak in upon check-in. Cabin exterior wasn’t suitable for small children as there was no barrier around balcony and no safety railing for stairs. Other than that, we would stay again, as cabin was clean and tidy.
