酒店乾淨整潔，床睡着很舒服。距離大海很近，打開陽台門就可以看到大海。房間裏自帶冰箱，微波爐，碗盤子等設施，買了吃的東西直接放冰箱裏就不怕壞掉了。酒店前台也很熱情，還會再次光顧的。

公寓型連鎖酒店 停車方便 位置不錯，有廚房可以做飯。外出旅行自駕遊不錯的選擇。床不錯 床上用品也很乾凈，看得出是一客一換。

位於西麥凱的優越位置 - 大型單間公寓配有特大號床、寬敞的浴室和微風徐徐的庭院。與競爭對手相比，性價比極高。可愛的接待人員和安全的地下停車場。角落裡的酒吧會發出一些音樂般的夜間噪音，但露台門關閉且空調運行時，睡眠沒有問題。房間有一些小瑕疵（地毯上有污漬），但總體來說非常乾淨。

麥凱住宿的好地方，房間連續 6 晚沒有提供服務，地毯被弄髒，不能在店裡吃飯，不能做飯，也不能使用健身設施。只有微波爐和冰箱。所以每天晚上都要出去吃飯。看起來它在新的時候可能很棒，但現在已經很破舊了。不過，價格還可以，地點也不錯。

我最近去這個地區出差並住了 4 晚。雖然還可以，但這並不是一次出色的經驗。單間公寓的氣味令人不快（發黴），雖然乾淨舒適，但就價格而言令人失望。我們有很多房間，所有的工作室房間都有相同的氣味。由於盤子的狀態，燒烤設施無法使用，即使我們可以使用它，該地區也不允許使用塑料以外的任何東西，因此無法使用提供的盤子來吃飯。接待處告訴我我需要去買塑料板來使用。

Excellent spacious room, with accessible balcony and a large comfortable bed. No restaurant facility but very convenient to some great local facilities. Pool, Gym, Foxtel, Wifi are all available. Per oaks standards the single lift is slow but effective enough.

We loved our stay at The Oaks. The location was great. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Having an ensuite was a bonus and a pool to cool off in was great too. Full size fridge and washing machine plus dishwasher made it easy to cater for a family. We’ll be back!

to expensive for one night for over $250. Near extra blankets, when it’s too cold for winter. More easy access to the Wi-Fi. extra pillows, available, including blankets. Dinner table indoors and to cold outside is to have your is it outside, more better bigger pillows. More, but a colour pillows. Have a bit more colour in the room.

Disappointed with our stay here. The photos online are lovely and bright, the hotel itself is not. What we could not believe was when you exited the lift to go to your room, the hallways resembled a penitentiary! Tiled floors, concrete walls, all a dull gloomy colour, solid bars on the meagre windows at the ends of the hallways and the most minimal lighting, making it dark and dreary and hard to find your room number. Not to mention cold and uninviting. No artwork, no decorator items - nothing. The 1 bdm apartment was adequate but the cleaning could be better. Walking to and from the carpark you are looking at all the rubbish bins and the cleaning gear stuffed into see-thru cages - hardly a good look. Would look elsewhere next time in Mackay. A hotel that has some atmosphere.

The apartment was very nice, was exactly what we needed for our stay. Very clean and tidy, fresh towels every day and beds remade. The wifi wasn’t the greatest especially in the bedrooms. But other than that would definitely stay again if ever back in Mackay.

I've stayed a couple of times at this hotel, and it's always been a good experience. I didn't have a car, and it's an easy flat walk into the city centre, or to do a walk along the river. Coles is not far if needing to purchase food. I haven't used any of the facilities but would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Reservations team was adamant that my wife could not change, modify or upgrade the room and cancel the last night to attend her Grand Mothers funeral. She simply checked out early and the room went empty. Ridicules rule and totally inflexible.
