Unser bestes B&B auf unserer USA-Reise! Sehr sauber und gediegen, das Bett/die Matratze superbequem (und auch nicht zu weich), tolles Ambiente und eine große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Einfach perfekt!

This Bed & Breakfast is phenomenal! SO much attention to detail and the staff is extremely friendly! Room 5 was so nice with its own private patio! Easily located to downtown Madison, local beaches, and restaurants. The breakfast was very good in the morning and it was very quiet at night. Great place to rest, relax, and rejuvenate! Looking forward to returning!

What a beautiful place! I stayed in room 5. private outdoor deck. There are amenities in this place I didn't even know I needed! outstanding breakfast. The firepit was going - a great place to sit with a glass of wine in the evening. Highly recommended.

This is my third time staying here and every time it feels more and more like home. This time I stayed in Room 4 (I've tried a different room each time.) It's on the first floor so no climbing stairs and has a big, spacious bathroom. Two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. I love this place! Always clean and the staff is so lovely. I visit the nearby stores and shops and even took a trip to Mystic this time around. We love the breakfast and the round the clock coffee bar available. It's a relaxing time the moment I pull into this gravel driveway and highly recommend.

Beautiful and interesting decorations. No details have been missed! Wonderful staff, great food and drinks… even Port in Crystal glasses to end our night and a record player in each room with an amazing collection of records to choose from. The room was lively and decorated with exquisite taste. Just loved everything!!!

The Homestead is a wonderful and charming place to stay for a quiet get away, but also family friendly. The house is an idyllic setting, set back off the Boston Post Road. There are large front & back yards for to walk/play and outdoor seating for adults to relax. Ralph (owner) & staff have paid attention to details and are wonderful hosts and always available. The rooms are quaint, large, and the beds very comfortable. The living and dining rooms are a nice place to relax and meet other guests. The rates are an excellent value, I highly recommend a stay.

Already at the reception we received a very friendly welcome. It is a great spot near the sea and the service is absolutely fantastic. Ralph recommended the Place for dinner. With my brother and sister we had a great evening sithing on stumps by the fireplace. I had wonderful days here!

We spent 3 days and 3 nights at the Homestead. The staff was there to greet as we came and went making it very welcoming. Thoughtful options for coffee and beverages along with breakfast options each morning. Our room was very well appointed and comfortable. The property itself is beautiful and very convenient to the charming town. Madison is lovely and the Homestead was the prefect place to stay!

We had a wonderful experience at The Homestead! Could not have been more pleased with the rooms, staff, outdoor areas, common areas, breakfast, coffee and snacks. We took advantage of everything the cozy bed and breakfast inn had to offer! Used the bikes to bike to town, enjoyed the fireplace in one of the outdoor patios, loved having morning coffee with family members in the seating area out front, and felt at home the whole time. Thank you for your hospitality and your kindness during our three night, four day stay. All our families who shared The Homestead with us loved it!
