Discrepancies with deposits and being locked out of the room when fully paid through 3rd party vendor.

The front desk is manned by a single person from 8 am to 5 pm, and unfortunately, they tend to be rude. The overall staff presence is practically nonexistent, leaving guests with no one to communicate with. Additionally, the hotel charges for every minor service, including a $10 fee for lost keys after hours and a $25 charge for early check-ins. It seems to operate with a cost-for-everything approach, akin to the cost model of Spirit Airlines in the hotel industry.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at thus far.

The check in process is cumbersome if you extended your stay. You have to pay an entirely new security deposit each time you extend.

Very basic, but met our needs. Only two towels in the room. No iron or hairdryer in the room was interesting. Front desk staff was rarely at front desk, so you had to call them when you needed them there.

Everything about the hotel is nice! My only complaint is the pillows. You get two thin paper pillows! If you’re gonna stay here bring your own pillows and blankets! Other than that everything was great.

I was very happy with the hotel and the staff my stay was great the rooms were so clean I was very comfortable with the stay and would definately go back !!!

Facility was well-maintained and clean upon check in. Staff was friendly and made sure everything was taken care of during check-in. Room looked spotless and smelled clean, as well as stairwells and hallways. It was by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in!

Great place for the daily rate. I will stay at this hotel, again.
