Upon checking in- our room felt a little warm. We set the thermostat to a lower temp and didn’t seem to change. I texted the front desk to please check the temperature in our room while we were out. Jake from the front desk checked our room temperature and it was still too warm. He reset the air unit and updated me. He returned to the room to check that it had cooled the room down which it had. Jake was extremely attentive and continually updated us every step of the way. Upon our return for the night, our room was a perfect temperature.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay in Madison. I was looking for something family-friendly on the west side and the pool area caught my eye. The staff was very friendly, the room was fine and appeared clean, but the bed had one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I ever slept in my life. It was very thin could feel and you could feel the springs. The pool area was nice when the hot tub wasn't closed. My kid had fun there. Breakfast was just okay. It was pretty upsetting that all of the utensils, plates, etc. were all disposable as that is very unfriendly to the environment. All that said, I would never stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. We loved the staff, accommodations and the pool. Not to mention one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. I mentioned upon check in where our room was as our girls are 4 and 2 and had been in a car for a couple days and we didn't want to disrupt anyone. The gentleman that was at check in took a look and moved us to the 1st floor right next to the pool. It was perfect. Our only complaint is the tile in the pool seemed to be OVERLY slippery. Otherwise its a fantastic place to stay and we would gladly stay again. Thank you!!!

The property was very clean, welcoming, and budget friendly. There was some road noise, but overall a great experience! Breakfast was very good with staff continuing to stock the buffet so there always plenty of options. If we need a place to stay in Madison, we’ll be happy to stay here again!

I solo travel a lot, at least one weekend a month, with three kids under 5. This was by far the least kid friendly place I've been to. It was very loud, advertising for soundproofing was a lie and after 10pm guests were still allowed to be running halls, playing drinking games in the lobby area, etc. The vanities are way too high for kids to wash their hands, definitely not ADA. For check in and out there were 2 carts for the entire hotel and after 2 hours of waiting for one to become available I ended up having to figure it out without one. The pool deck was dangerous to say the least, even with water shoes it was slippery. The baby who was barefoot only inside the pool has huge sores on her feet from the pool, the two goose eggs on older kids because of the ridiculously slippery floor even dangerous to walk on, and very red eyes from unbalanced pool chemicals. They did provide packnplay and linens which was helpful, breakfast was good, and the parking was decent distance wise.

We had a nice stay & my daughter loved the pool. Unfortunately, the surface around the pool becomes VERY slippery when it gets wet. My daughter, a few other kids & almost a couple adults (myself included), fell down while walking around.
