Upon checking in- our room felt a little warm. We set the thermostat to a lower temp and didn’t seem to change. I texted the front desk to please check the temperature in our room while we were out. Jake from the front desk checked our room temperature and it was still too warm. He reset the air unit and updated me. He returned to the room to check that it had cooled the room down which it had. Jake was extremely attentive and continually updated us every step of the way.
Upon our return for the night, our room was a perfect temperature.
