由於其佈局和非常實用的位置，選擇這間公寓極大地促進了我們馬德里8天之旅的成功。我們先從“地理”開始。公寓距離聖多明各車站僅 100 米，距離 Callao 車站（位於 Gran Via 大街！） 200 米，位於市中心，方便您乘坐地鐵輕鬆遊覽馬德里。如果是前往蒙克洛亞 (Moncloa)、阿托查 (Atocha) 車站或城市南部的公交車站，情況也是如此。如果您喜歡步行，也不用擔心：德波神廟 (Temple of Debod) 地區距離酒店 5/10 分鐘路程，馬約爾廣場 (Plaza Mayor) 一刻鐘路程，索爾 (Sol) 10 分鐘路程，皇宮 (Royal Palace) 以及普拉多 (Prado) 20 分鐘路程25分鐘。隔壁有一家超市，還有眾多餐廳、商店......，讓日常生活變得非常輕鬆。對於出租車來說，那就更好了：街上有一個小型官方“車站”，距離酒店約 50 米（非常適合返回機場）。至於公寓本身，非常舒適。位於6樓（有電梯），非常寬敞明亮，而且比較安靜（時不時會有來自鄰居或街道的噪音，但就在市中心，這很正常）。許多存儲空間、帶洗碗機的廚房和非常正確的浴室，使這個地方非常實用。小缺點：沒有很多廚房設備（煎鍋就不錯了，對吧？），如果你想做飯，這會讓你的生活變得更加複雜。總之：如果我們回到馬德里，我們會毫不猶豫地回到這間公寓。
