西班牙廣場天際線酒店(Plaza de España Skyline)

Un lindo aparthotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de Plaza de España. Modernos interiores, cocina bien equipada aunque la sala del apartamento no es muy acogedora por la elección de muebles. La communication antes de nuestra llegada estuvo excelente, sin embargo a la llegada la persona que estuvo en la recepción poco amable, la verdad es que no esperábamos ese tipo de recepción. Hubo problema de tarjetas de entrada al apartamento que se resolvió. En general linda estancia aunque creo que personal necesita ser mucho más amable.

The property was clean and service was good but I had a family emergency and had to leave the property two days early and they would not issue a refund. I was told by management that they would contact ******* because that is who had the change conditions. The next night I booked a room at a La Quinta in Euliss, TX and the local phone number was not on the confirmation email which made it very difficult to contact the property for a shuttle. I will never use ******* again for these reasons.

Great location near Plaza Espana with Sala Temple flamenco just around the corner, which is a MUST. Local mini market and supermarket, nice local cafe with gorgeous cakes and pastries. 5 minute walk to the Palace and a nice walk opposite to an Egyptian Temple. Very happy with the service and staff, excellent apartment choice.

The location was the only positive thing about this hotel/apartment. When I checked in, I was shocked to find out daily cleaning is not included. I have stayed at several locations throughout Spain and none of them charge extra for daily cleaning, whats more absurd is this Madrid hotel was the most expensive of all. Toilet was not clean, there were lots of stains on the bathroom door, closet doors. Bedding was dirty, and I don’t even want to talk about the filthy living room sofa. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, there are better options.

Aunque la experiencia de llegada y recepción fue agradable y eficiente, la llegada al cuarto fue decepcionante ya que el baño, aunque aparentemente limpio, nunca dejó de oler a orines. Una verdadera lástima.

Excellent Apt/hotel steps from royal palace, plaza Madrona and shopping galore at la Gran Via. No amenities but ample space, good bathrooms and kitchen. Will book again.

This is a wonderful property, very centrally located and yet it is situated by the park and close to the main road to other cities. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Towels, kitchen starter kit provided. Soap and bath gel available but is sufficient for a day only. Spacious apartment and very enjoyable stay.

Amazing! Rachel and Luis at the front desk were very friendly and helpful including calling taxis and answering questions. The property is walking distance to the royal palace, park temple Deblo- Egyptian temple as well as cafes and stores. Also 15 minute walk to plaza mayor and old town. Our suite was very spacious on the 7th floor with an outdoor patio. Would recommend!
