拉蒙德拉克魯茲41公寓式酒店(Aparthotel Ramón de la Cruz 41)

Apesar da boa localização, os quartos são pessimamente isolados, ouve-se tudo que se passa na rua (inclusive oferecem tampões para os ouvidos, pois esta deve ser uma das várias queixas desse alojamento). O apartamento é pequeno, mas bastante completo. Não tem limpeza diária, aliás, nem sequer indicam restaurantes nas redondezas, supermercados, etc... tens que aceder ao google e descobrir por si só. Além disso, o check-out é as 11h e não tem lugar para guardar as malas, ou seja, péssimo serviço de concierge. Certamente não ficarei aqui hospedada numa próxima visita à Madrid. De que adianta tanta modernize em ser um hotel digital se não consegue satisfazer minimamente um hóspede com voos tardios? Não recomendo mesmo!

its ok. best thing about it is the neighborhood which has a NY soho prince st. vibe. about ten min from the park. the flat was cute but there's no services no cleaning, like an airbnb but on the other hand no brooms or anything to clean with and no instructions on where to throw the rubbish. i guess it used to be a hotel then sold and turned to vacation homes. self check in and check out were easy. feels safe as lobby is electronically locked and so are flats. there's an elevator. no luggage storage contrary to what they said. the kitchen was full of appliances and cutlery but no pots or pans. the bathroom had no hair conditioner only shampoo and body gel fixed to the shower wall. so a man designed this flat for men. its not bad but not sure I would go there again. the lights are a bit too cool which I didnt like. but all in all cute

When we arrived we were blown away by this apar**ent. Everything went so smoothly that we almost thought it was to good to be true, location - amazing, apar**ent decor - amazing, cleanliness - amazing. Then we tried to sleep and we have a toddler staying above us and we've barely slept since we arrived, if it's not running around till all hours it is crying. We are in the basement and it's really spoiled our enjoyment of the place. We are at the point where we are happy to leave. You can't complain to the parents as most of us have children but it's really put a dampner on our trip.

Booked this hotel through *********** received a confirmation of our booking and suddenly 5 days later we receive a mail saying that the price has been doubled ??? Really bad service from both Limehome and *********** - Prices for other hotels have gone up since we booked - Be sure to book with ********** next time and stay away for Limehouse Madrid

We were a party of three in a one bed apar**ent. Check in was easy... codes and instructions were sent so no problems there. The apar**ent was clean, good size and ample cupboard space. We had a Cathedral view and plenty of light in the living room but not much in the bedroom. The area was nice and chic... plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Metro station was around a 6 min walk... very convenient. The issues I had were related to contacting the Limehome people. A whatsapp number was given in email. I tried contacting them repeatedly but to no avail. Also, some people mentioned a full fridge which was stocked daily. Nothing in our fridge. Not even a bottle of water. On the last day I happened to see other numbers on the board for contacting Limehome. I wish they had sent those numbers instead of one that does not reply. Would I go back? For sure. And I highly recommend it.

Very nice apar**ent , very good service , great experience. Safe and secure.Great location and superb neighborhood. We stay several days as we visited other places in Spain. Also good communication , great restaurants, stores etc.

Nada más llegar a la habitación apestaba a tabaco. No estaba ni aireada, me podía haber contagiado de Covid perfectamente. La calefacción estaba rota y de los 10 días que estuve, solo dos funcionó. Además la rejilla de la calefacción está encima de la cama y hace muchísimo ruido, con eso encendido es imposible dormir. Cuando lo comuniqué me dijeron que la solución de la avería no era rápida y me llevaron un radiador eléctrico que calentaba muy poco y tardaba mucho. Me cambiaron a otra habitación (a cambiar todas las cosas yo mismo, ellos no lo hacen) y tampoco funcionaba la calefacción, esta vez el tècnico me dijo que se había colapsado la vàlvula o algo así. La ducha de la primera habitación no tenía mampara, solo una cortina que no llegaba al suelo y se inundaba todo de agua. El secador del pelo nada más encenderlo, empezó a echar humo. Pregunté si había caja fuerte antes de ir y me dijeron que sí, pues en esa habitación no había. No he pasado tanto frío nunca, un desastre.
